Supposed to be ready, when I arrived, then it’s done on 15 mins, then 30 mins later, it’ll be ready in 15 mins. When I go to Walmart, it’s ready in a heart beat. None of these games.

I am not sure what’s up with this pharmacy but you get a message that your prescription is ready but you go to pick it up they tell you that it’s not ready that they have to get it from the warehouse. Horrible pharmacy!

Please do the world a favor and replace the customer service guy in the photo area (NADIR).. I don't know if he does this on purpose or if he has some kind of problem, but what a SLOW man… I waited for about 45 minutes for him to give me some photos that were practically right under his nose… bad bad super bad Customer service

The employees are kind and helpful, especially Hannah, but the store itself is stupidly hot. I worry for the employees who have to work in there, and applaud them for not outright quitting after multiple weeks of this. Walgreens needs to do better by their employees. this is insane and dangerous, and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Absolutely outstanding service! Brandie at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me when I was in a bind. She took the time to call around and find my medication, and even picked it up on her day off to ensure I received it promptly. Her dedication and kindness truly made a difference in my experience. Highly recommend this pharmacy and its exceptional staff!

Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers, a customer was attempting to make a purchase with coupons and they were not only discriminated against for said purchase but were “shooed” without given a full refund for the products they had purchased. Cathrine the cashier and whoever the manager was have no self respect and I will never shop here again.

I had a bad experience here. The workers were rude and not cordial. The manager also was not helping at all. I tried to use coupons and they treated me badly. I do not recommend this store because the workers are not kind.

This Walgreens Pharmacy was so wonderful to me yesterday when I had an immediate need for insulin for my dog. They didn’t have the kind I needed but the pharmacist was able to inform me where to find it and for a great price! I’m grateful for their help yesterday.

I went into Walgreens to get melatonin. I also had to use the restroom. When I asked the cashier, Hannah, how I get into the bathroom, she said they were closed because they were just cleaned. Considering this location is opened until 11pm, it’s ridiculous that a bathroom is not available.

this is probably the worst pharmacy I've ever used - once they get a prescription from my doctor it takes forever to get it filled and they seem to have a problem with insurance quite often - not to mention that sometimes the medication I need isn't even available. The pharmacist gives off an attitude that "they'll" fill prescriptions whenever they feel like it. Changing to the Walgreens in Southlake - they really seem to care about their clients.

The employes in this place every night close earlier than 11pm and the hours said close at that time but they want to leave early. That's supposed to never happen in a pharmacy. I'm sure the owner don't know about that.
