Family is in town visiting me for my 50th birthday. We needed a few odds and ends from this particular location. Honestly, if you have been to one Walmart, then you have been to most of the others as well. (Figuratively speaking.) The visit was quick as we grabbed what we needed and checked out through the self-service line. The store appeared clean and well-stocked. I would most definitely visit here again if I'm ever in the area and need something.

I placed an order for 2 Tire Online on December 4. Fedex delivered them to the store on December 5. I went to the store and they couldn't locate them. I asked to speak with a manager so that they would authorize me to make an exchange for other tires and they wanted to charge me again for 2 tires and cancel the others... a refund takes 10 days to be reflected... They are irresponsible in the management of online packages received. 1 Start is to much.

We are so happy with how cute this Barbie cupcake cake turned out! It was ready on time, handled with care, was fresh and tasted great! We received several compliments at the party and you cannot beat the price!

Convenient location, large auto department, digital price displays that most Walmarts do not generally have and very helpful employees at the self-checkout floor. The primary reason for this rating of 1/5 is because someone did a smelly number two near the rollback/discount aisle and had simply put a "wet floor" sign over the feces. I know it wasn't cleaned for a hot minute because it was 10PM. That is completely unacceptable and beyond disgusting, it is literally in the middle of the store nearby the arts and crafts section. EDIT: Also, the guy who checks your receipts is so extra like, it makes my blood boil, this is not St. Louis dude.

I was just at your store buying a batting tee for my son. I was $.99 short and had to ask for a refund. Your employee, Grace, took a dollar out of her own pocket and gave it to me instead...She is just an absolutely wonderful person and let me know that truly good people are still in this world. This is the WORST WALMART in Grapevine TXALL WALMART has gone downhill I will NEVER do business with this place It's like a ZOO -full of monkeys!!!NO ONE wants to help you NO ONE wants to work -just play - f#%Kng new generation!! My father and brothers all were managers of Walmart, Wal-Mart Grapevine Texas they don't have enough people working the registers or help of you need assistance.They don't care of the customers.I remember when Sam Walton was still alive he ensured everyone was cared for!

Worst Walmart I have ever been to. Customer service was the worst. I bought a visa gift card and when I tried to use it there I was told I don't have enough money on it when I just called them 15 min earlier and it said I had $50 on it yet my total was $31.15. I was then told to just call them and see how much money is on it but we literally said it's $50 on their even showed the reciet and the MANAGER gave no crap at all to help us. This is the worst Walmart and you should never go to it or you will always have unwelcomed visits.

Do you want to be treated like a criminal? Please shop at this Walmart! Last 3 times I've been there they want to check your receipt like a membership store and if you refuse to stand in line and deal with the egotistical door checkers, they will scream at you and call you a theft, even though you have done nothing wrong except spend money with them. I've never been treated this way at any Walmart but this one. The manager needs to be fired and Walmart corporation needs to take a good look at how this store is treating their customer.

Had to wait an hour for 2 items after checking into curbside pickup. Called 3 times and was told "it's coming out now" every time. Employees are an absolute joke. Weren't apologetic in the least bit. Definitely needs some training or new employees. But hey, guess that's why they work at Walmart

It looks like they've been cleaning! Everyone was super friendly today -- great customer service! They had six regular checkout lanes open!!! The shelves are being stocked for Christmas. Santa Woohooooo!

That one star is me being gracious! Went to Walmart in grapevine to Return something. Customer service is just plain horrible! First time it was "our system is down honey!" Second time I got there at 7:20p. It looked like was closed. When I asked the lady what time do you close she said 8p. Phew. I was like oh good I have time. "Sorry baby we are short staffed. I don't know how to work the system. No one else here does. One person who does is on lunch break" is this real life? When I questioned about how there's an excuse every single time she goes "well if you know someone who wants a job send them out way!" Really? How abt train the ones who're already there. Ridiculous!

Avoid THIS Walmart!! It is the WORST Walmart I have EVER been to.. The Customer Service Desk is HORRIBLE to deal with.. They love to argue when making a return.. I returned a pair of shorts with a receipt.. They told me that there was a new rule.. Any returns even with a receipt has to be put on a Walmart gift card.. I proceeded to tell the cashier that no, I wanted it back on my card that I had purchased the shorts with.. She then got extremely rude with me and said no I can't do that .. She threw the shorts back in the bag and handed me my receipt back.. I ended up going to a different Walmart and asked their Customer Service cashier if that was true.. She laughed and said that they obviously were trying to be difficult because that was NOT a "new rule".. I told her thank you and was able to get a return with no problem.. That is only 1 example as to why I can't stand to do business at the Southlake location.. This store is ALWAYS dirty and ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING that the other Walmart locations have.. I avoid it now at ALL cost.. If the employees don't like their jobs, then by all means, please find a new one..That would make a HUGE difference with this Walmart..
