Huge shout out to these amazing people! Dr. Joshi was so detailed and helpful with my son's eye exam and gave me so many helpful tips for after care and at home for his eye condition. Alisha & Brittany in glasses, helped my son pick out a pair of frames and were AWESOME! I loved chatting with them and they made the experience wonderful. Won't be going anywhere else in the future!

Loreene was very helpful and assisted me when I told her I had no contacts to wear at the moment.I came in from Las Colinas into this Vision center since they had my contact lenses in hand.

I stopped by their optical department to get a screw replaced on one of the stems on my glasses. I did not purchase these from Walmart Optical. Vision Center Manager, Sherie Collins, repaired the glasses for me in five minutes. She would not accept payment for the repair. Old fashioned customer service like this is dying on the vine these days. Sherie was awesome. I plan to be back in the near future to purchase some prescription sunglass. I would certainly recommend others to consider making a purchase there as well.

I had a great experience with 2 ladies called loriene And Britney. They helped me with finding my perfect pair of glasses and talked with me and my mom making our visit funnier. They also Explained Everything fully so we weren’t confused.

The girls here are so amazing. They provided me exceptional service and fun while helping me choose the right glasses for me.
