I had a bad experience.
I strictly say no this worst car wash place, if you love your car.
Very negligent management.
They broke my wind shield and many scratches all over the car.
Windows has scratches.
When questioned on this, I was told to fill a form.
And nothing happened after that .
I wish they close their business, instead of damaging people cars.
IF YOU STILL WISH TO CHOOSE THIS PLACE CHECK THE PHOTOS AND DECIDE YOURSELF
Update: manager calls and nothing happens even after 10 days.
These guys will not pickup the calls and the great evidence is, you don’t see the reply message on the complaint you have raised.

The worst car wash that I have a never had ,broke my windshield and scratches all over the car and the staff were irresponsible, I recommend none

Wash Brothers Car Wash in Grapevine is an awesome place to take your vehicle to. I highly recommend this Car Wash. The staff are friendly and professional, and they make customer satisfaction their top priority. They provide everything you need for free, from towels to Armor all, which is a great touch. My truck always looks amazing after a Wash there. The car wash is located in a great place, downtown Grapevine, where you can grab a cup of coffee or anything else you like!

Wow! This place really exceeds my expectations!I travel a lot and have to keep my car looking good. I came in from out of town for an appointment for my son. I thought I would clean my car while I was waiting. I didn't have any big streaks coming out of the car wash. My favorite part was they had free interior and glass cleaner! I've never seen that. It was good too. It got off make up smudge as I've been working on for a while. The vacuum cleaner is very impressive. It had an incredible amount of section. I had lots of dog here embedded in the carpet in the back and it cleaned it so quickly! Fantastic place! If I'm ever in town, I will definitely use them again. If I was local, I would definitely be taking advantage of their monthly club. Great job whoever runs this place!

Best car wash! Nice man power washed my car thoroughly making sure everything was spotless before I went through the tunnel. I love the vacuums. Every service I’ve had here has been great!
