I've called this place twice now to cancel the monthly charge. I just got charged again.....This has been going on for months and now I am disputing the charged through my bank.

Not a great wash experience for me. Still had dirt/suit streaks on all surfaces of my ride.

This car wash left a lot of areas untouched and dirty on my Escalade. I'm not sure if it's a result of low quality detergent or lack of water but the owner should def look into this prob. There are some other reviews that point to the same thing.

The car wash breaks things off your car. First time it ripped the antenna and wiper off my car I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it happened again just now. And both times when I walked in to find my broken car parts on their washroom floor I found other people’s broken antennas in there too. The manager is nice enough but he can’t do anything without the owner who is NEVER present. Even when they said they’d pay my replacement costs the first time (after I spent weeks calling to followup) he never actually gave me the money. Kept saying to come at a certain time but then wasn’t there and would not leave a check with anybody to hand me, had to be the owner. Just happened again, I’m done. Don’t risk using this carwash
Update - the owner reached out to me after I posted this and he reimbursed my parts for both incidents. He was very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about the situation. He says he is going to speak with their mechanic about adjusting the machine to reduce the risk of damaging cars. I live near here and would love to feel safe running my car through the wash at this location, so I’ll keep an eye out for those adjustment and update my post again. Based on the owners response this time, if the wash becomes safe for my car I would increase my star rating and start coming here again.

Multiple scratches on the car. Please do not bring your car here. Very small space with limited vaccum and looks like machines are not well maintained. I am totally regretting my decision.

Price for basic wash was too high but did a decent job. Sprayed hard enough to make my sunroof leak. That's a first.

Be careful, they will continue charging you after canceling the monthly service. Not a good place to make business with. Watch out, there are too many customers with the same issue.

This car wash is pretty mediocre. I picked one of the expensive ones and it was so fast it barely cleaned the car and the drying cycle was completely inadequate. I would suggest going to the touchless on cheek sparger if you need a cheap wash that does better than this.

I made a great decision by stopping in for a wash at Washmasters 11 today. In addition to receiving a great cleaning, the awesome customer service from Gabriel will ensure I return. He was knowledgeable, but most important, he was kind. Washmasters is fortunate to have hired Gabriel.

Stopped by for a badly-needed wash, dude doing the sale inside the kiosk was INCREDIBLY cool. Beyond cool. Wash went great and was fast.
