I have been waiting on a refund check for thousands of dollars from Wells Fargo for over 2 months. When I finally got a hold of a representative they said that they have cashed my check. They confirmed that they have my contact information and address. Instead of giving me my refund they cashed my check for themselves. They only give me the contact information for customer support and never help me. Something weird is happening with this bank. I can’t get my money, talk to a real person, or hold them accountable. I feel out of options.

Wells Fargo gets larger and more expensive, while offering less & less service. Getting cash for Christmas cards, and discovered they closed the drive thru. The ATM at drive thru is dead, and there's no ATM in lobby. I regret keeping accounts open through Wells Fargo the past 25 years.

Went to ask for a pen near the drive up atm because I needed to sign a check, flamboyant male instantly says “we are closed” like I didn’t look at the time before coming in? I knew the establishment was closed.. but I saw 3 people walking out of a bank and odds of having a pen on them are probably pretty high, so the fruit fella was disrespectful. On top of that I get stared at like I’m a axe murderer or as if I’m crazy for asking to use a pen.. I mean really 2 of the 3 people looked at me as if I had them at gun point like it’s crazy an a human being is asking for some help politely. Thankfully the lovely African American women looks In her bag and helps me out like a kind citizen she was. But the other 2 shouldn’t be working in customer service. But Yeah you should skip this place and go to a different Wells Fargo that will actually be respectful not jump to conclusion. All I did was open my window and ask for a pen and I get this trash response. Wild. From reading previous reviews it looks like they have issues with minority’s. I would not trust this bank with your money. I would highly suggest going some place else.

The Grapevine, TX Wells Fargo is always extremely slow to take me to my safe deposit box. Last time I came here I waited over one hour while a man standing idly at the front greeted people. When I expressed concern I was met with reprimand and told I should have made an appointment, though I’d never done that before. Today I am sitting here having checked in at the kiosk. No one is in front of me. There are three people behind the counter with no customers being served. We expect better customer service. It is extremely slow for no reason.

Rosa and Kadhy are great helping open accounts and resolving issues; however, day-to-day window service inside needs an overhaul. The wait time in line is insane for the number of employees standing around with only 1-2 windows open servicing customers with deposits, withdrawals, etc. This isn't even during peak times. Hope this gets better!

The service it’s perfect here, everyone it’s so nice but the problem it’s only one ATM for car and never works literally these it’s the third time I need to go to another, and I swear all the others Wells Fargo got 1 normal ATM for walking entrance and another for car, personal I don’t have a car and it’s kind of awkward I need to go inside of the one for cars. I hope U read me and understand not everyone got the same resources like a car and U need to be more accesible for everybody.

Always short staffed. Clients have to wait for hours .People like me can only come into the bank on Saturday. And they have hardly 4 employees working.Have been banking with them for 20 plus years, time to take my business elsewhere. Worst customer service.
