Don't come to this location!!!!
The 2 associates couldn't be bothered. I found a few dresses i wanted to buy but didn't because the service they provided was terrible! The store was messy, unorganized and nobody asked if i needed help. When i finally asked for help, they seemed so annoyed that i interrupted their conversation LOL. I refuse to buy from this location ever! Kids nowadays refuse to work and are lazy!

I generally like Windsor and have visited this store in many states, but in this particular location there is a mess and things are not folded neatly, the first time I went in and left a minute later, I didn’t want to buy anything here

I went this morning and it was the worst experience, barely had a greeting wasn’t asked if I needed help absolutely nothing. I proceeded to ask if I needed to inform them when I go to the fitting room one of the girls turned around and said how many items do you have and not in a very happy way I apparently bothered them for asking. My daughter went into the fitting and I was waiting and one of the girls kept staring at me instead of staring at me ask me if we are finding everything okay but no nothing. They continued to stand behind the registers talking amongst each other and it definitely didn’t matter all the people in the store. Hopefully neither of them were managers because they were awful. I will never come back to this location. This store also was a mess like no one recovered it the day before. What has happened to customer service!

The clothes are great, but the employees are rude!!! They give you look like if they are body shaming you, beware when going in there.

I visited the store today to process a return. I hadn’t read the return policy, so when the associate told me I was past the 14-day limit, I asked what my options were. Instead of explaining, she just walked off without saying anything, leaving me completely confused. Surely, there had to be other options, right?
I went to my car and called customer service, who kindly granted me an extension on the return. Feeling relieved, I walked back inside. The same associate immediately said, “Oh, she’s returning—she must have the code for the extension.” Thankfully, a different associate helped me this time, and she was super nice.
Curious, I asked if the first associate was a manager or an associate. I was shocked to learn she was the manager. I mentioned my experience—how she’d completely ignored me and walked off when I asked for help. The second associate seemed uncomfortable but listened politely. In my opinion, a manager should be more helpful and set a positive example for associates, not treat customers poorly. Sadly, this manager gave off “high school bully” energy rather than professionalism.
While I’m grateful I was able to complete my return, I feel this experience needs to be addressed, and I’ll be reaching out to the district manager to share my concerns.

I always try to be gracious with retail workers because I know it can be a hard job but every time I’ve shopped at this location everyone is rude and as unhelpful as they can be I initially went in to buy a dress for an event I was going to the dress ended up not working out and so I came back to return it where I was immediately rudely told that was out of the return window and that I couldn’t get anything back, but store credit when I asked if there was anyway I could just get it back on my card because I don’t shop at the store I was snapped at and told no so I took the credit and ended up coming back in to buy some shoes. I bought the shoes, took them home and a sensor has been left on it which isn’t a big deal, mistakes happen but I had to take them back again because I wasn’t able to wear them for the event I needed them for so I no longer needed them so I just wanted to return them. I was told that my return couldn’t be processed because they had run out of gift cards to give me and that I would have to come back this time the manager was helping me out and the whole time she was speaking down to me and snapping every time I asked a question. She told me I should just keep the shoes or to come back later but if I was out of the 30 day window, I couldn’t return them at all but you think is very unfair because it is her fault I’m unable to return them not mine. overall, the quality of the clothing is very poor and every experience I’ve had with the staff is very unkind and after I’m able to return my shoes, I will never shop here again

The Windsor workers have always been snobby tbh. But the “stylist” that had her belly out wearing the cheetah top and blonde hair pieces was rude lmao. We asked for something to be taken off the mannequin for purchase. She gave the stankiest faces and didn’t say anything when my friend said thank you lol. Just rolled her overly makeup outlined eyes lol. Please stop hiring these bratty little girls. We just put everything down and walked out.

The selection of dresses here is incredible. If you're needing a (prom, wedding, anniversary, etc.) dress, definitely stop by this store!

Just a bunch of brats with bad attitude "working" at the store, worst customer service ever!!
