I went in today to look at a second band for my wedding ring. The elder lady helped me out. I mentioned shaving down some of my ring to make them align and she looked at me like I was absolutely crazy and said that couldn’t be done. Well I went to an actual jeweler that same day and asked. He stated it absolutely can be done. This lady not only made me feel like a fool but she also made me realize I should never buy from Zelle’s outlet, especially the one in grapevine. That being said, please have knowledgeable staff and staff that doesn’t belittle you for asking questions. I should have said something to her but will never purchase anything here ever. Buyers beware.

Ivy, Angie, and Ashley were the ladies that helped us with our purchase on Sunday May 25, 2025. They were very professional and showed kindness even when we were indecisive about what we wanted. Their patience, warm smiles and body language showed us that we were not a waste of their time. We ended up leaving and coming back because of Ivy. I stopped in today to look around and get some ideas for future gifts. Rhiannon was super helpful and understanding about my goals with said shopping trip. She assisted me in making a wishlist and explained that I could use it to order at a later date. Overall it was a positive experience that didn’t feel like I was being pressured to purchase anything, simply an associate looking to help a girl out!

Had a WONDERFUL experience at the Zales outlet today...there was in house jewelry repair person and they did an AMAZING JOB changing out my diamond!!! I bought the original engagement ring and wedding band at Zales 25 years ago and continue to go back due to people like Ivy and her team!!!! The care, respect and joy they give you every time you go it never ceases to amaze me. If you haven't been in you definitely have to check them out!!
