Had an appointment at 7 a.m. to get live unloaded and it’s 11:39 a.m. and still here no one has even touch the trailer to try to unload it! I’m not trying to come here ever again

2 and a half hours for a delivery because a guy didn’t want to commit to unload my truck. 2 stars just because the ladies are polite inside shipping and receiving.

My crazy dog is welcome by smiling faces everytime she stays!! We love PetSmary Hotel.It's the only place my fur baby stays!
