My Chase bank left me today without bills for my busy business. They explained they were out of 1’s, 5’s and 10’s. I went into your bank to try get cash change from a gentleman and a nice lady and they offered me an account. They save my day and I will come back and do business. Great customer service.

We have used the Greenville location since it was Colonial Bank. They have always provided great service! Thanks American National Bank of Texas for being a great hometown bank! ❤️

This bank is a JOKE drive thru personal are unprofessional, every single day I drop my deposits or/and I ask for change order the “miss counts” I tried to talk to the general manager or someone who really cares about their job but no reply yet.I am tired of WASTING my time with these people.Bank of the America needs to train their employees better!!!I had to pay from my own money the $50 that was short that they “missed” they keep blaming the “money count machine” this is NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY “MISSED” MONEYThis is something SERIOUS.Do you people do NOT know how to count the money without the machine or are you guys can not afford to buy a new machine?OR JUST STEELING THE CUSTOMERS (BUSINESS) MONEY?

Getting fed up with their unreliable ATM. Once or twice a month it's out of order. It's the only ATM on the premises .When it's out of order I wind up going to the bank next to them which has TWO ATMs.

Stopped in for a simple notary. An average 7-10 minute wait for a teller who said staff in a back office can notarize but moments later another staff member told me not to wait unless I have an account and our local family business has previously held an account here but it was recently closed for other reasons. Will consider revision if they start offering notary service to the public please.

I am officially no longer a customer as of 10-31-2020. I am completely irritated and over it. Im leaving this review bc out of all the people i dealt with including management the ONLY person that actually followed through and helped me the best she could was Mikayla at the Greenville location. Mikayla actually followed through with what she said and did her best. She needs to be promoted she was great and was the only reason i even gave 2 stars for the business. Mikayla deserves 10 stars for having to clean up messes that non caring managers make.

I had them as my bank for over 10 years, and I finally had enough of my card info getting compromised every few months, and now on Black Friday they deactivate my card for no reason. That’s the last straw. Done with them.

The branch on wesley st. Has the worst customer service. There is 50 people that work there behind the desk and in the offices. But they have 2 tellers working. Damn folks. I use the branch n Quinlan and Terrell before I use this one again. It's a joke stood n line for 8 mins. Just to deposit money.

Some very great people working there and they will always help you as much as they can. They also do it with a smile and kindness that a lot of places lack. Seems that most if not all that works there are down to earth people. Never a long line inside or in the drive up window. I am glade I picked this place to do my banking needs.

I went to American National Bank of Texas to open a personal trust and to also inquire about transferring a separate trust. I went to this particular location because I felt a smaller bank would provide the level of customer service that I require from a financial institution holding my money. During my first visit to this particular location, I sat quietly in a chair across from what appeared to be a vault, while listening to a female employee on the other side of the wall giggle and discuss personal matters on the phone. After waiting approximately 15-20 minutes, I decided to leave. I returned to the same location several weeks later and was greeted by the manager. I was told me someone would be with me shortly and so I had a seat in the same location across from the vault door. After 15-20 minutes of watching employees chat and cut-up, I decided to leave. In summary, the employees at this particular location appear to be more concerned about chatting and taking care of personal business than they do about potential customers. I can't say that this particular location reflects American National Bank of Texas as a whole, but I can say that my personal experience led me to take my money elsewhere and I've since recommend that others do the same.
