Worst customer service experience ever

The staff in the drive thru is so rude, and they are super slow. Very quick to cut off the camera when you are speaking to them.. No one else was in the line this morning and i was trying to talk to them and they cut the camera off so i couldnt speak to them.. This was one of the few times that i went there.. I normally go to the one on wesley but i chose to go to this one this morning because it closer to my work.. Terrible experience, i will never return, will take the extra time and go to the one on Wesley!!!!!!!

Friendly staff however they don't seem to have it together like other banks. Staff needs training on how to set up accounts and what items to give to banking customers.

Super friendly staff! As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me. Helped me in a quick but attentive manner. Have never had the same experience at the Wesley branch.
