Only internet in the world that says excellent connection and won't work. Im like 1000 yards from their tower. They won't even call me back to get my buy out information. Im literally having to go to their office.

if you think it's normal and don't mind restarting your router 10-15 times a day it's great. if they weren't the only company that serviced our area we would have left a long time ago. We pay for the high package and you can't run the TV and more then one phone at a time. If you work from home and need the internet this will not work for you.

Bought a house that had their service from previous owner. Came home and the tower with the satellite was gone. They trespassed without permission and climbed on my rooftop without contacting me. I plan to call the local police.

If you want terrible service, this is the internet for you. If you want to call every time you can't work just one phone, again, this is the service for you. On my internet, I have two cellphones and a TV. I can't work all three at the same time. Since Covid-19 hit, I'm working from home, so add a computer. Four things. Four things cannot he ran at once. When I call asking why I can't do anything, they just reply with "it's working as it should" after doing a speed test. So you're telling me that on the highest tier possible, the speed I'm receiving, can only be used to receive an email?! Uhm, no thank you.

I've been emailing for months regarding multiple outages per day. They do not respond. This company has no regard for customer service or they fully have no comprehension. I wouldn't recommend.

Beware of this company!!!!! We disconnected service and was told they would remove their equipment from our roof. Called for months and was told they were working on getting someone out to remove their equipment - weeks would pass and they did not show up. Call after call after call I was told they were working on getting someone out to remove their equipment. Final call I was told it is at their discretion to take down their equipment and they had decided not to remove the equipment. We now have to hire someone to take down their equipment from our roof. They evidently get away with this all the time so they continue to do business this way. Internet service and quality was not good - customer service was non-existent.

This company will offer speeds that they will never meet we have a 10 mb package right now and the most I can get is 1 and that’s on a good day and when we first got it it was Doing fine but then all of a sudden it went to straight garbage and it hasn’t gone back since I guarantee that you will be able to find a good company with good customer support better speed and have no issue for the same if not a lower price than what argon provides absolute joke for a company if I could I would give a 0/5 star review
