My rep was fantastic. He fully explained everything in easy to understand language. He was never frustrated even after the fifth trip to the back for a different phone because we were being indecisive. I will be returning to turn in my wife's old device and exchanging my device through next up today or tomorrow and will be hoping he is working. I don't remember his name (will update if I remember or find out) but it began with a W. Great representative of your company.

Everyone needs to Request for Skylar to help you at the Greenville store! She was so professional, actually cared about my concerns & treated my kids as if they were her own while she helped me! She had me in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you so much Skylar! Best experience at a phone store!!

My helpers Jen,Kat and Baile
I went into the store to pick up a new tablet and the tablet pencil. We got everything set-up. When I went home I was having problems with the pencil not working. I went back to the store and Jen said that we needed to do an update so they took care of that the pencil still didn't work. So, the Manager Baile stated that they were going to order me another one. Baile texted me when the new pencil came in. I went back to the store and got everything up and running. I just want to thank all the girls for helping me and all the great customer service.

Expert and friendly service!!
Skylar greeted me as soon as I walked in. She listened to my problem, and professionally and quickly resolved the issue. She then helped me pick out several really good protective devices to protect my phone. The best visit to an AT&T store ever!

The manager of the AT&T store in Greenville, Texas across from Staples was great to deal with. She was very pleasant and very efficient and what we needed and we were in and out of there less than 30 minutes it was great.

I visited this store for a promotion that ATT was running where, if you get a new phone you can get the Samsung Galaxy watch free. My phone was due for upgrade so I upgraded to get my wife the new watch. During our visit it was mentioned on several occasions that we were there for the "free" watch. I even asked more than once about being "no charge" and was reassured that it was free. No where during our visit was it mentioned that we were signing up for a new line of service with the watch. My wife currently had a watch connected to the phone by bluetooth which was our plan going forward. Fast forward 3 weeks (conveniently past the 14 day return window) when I get my bill and find out that I am being charged $10 per month for service plus taxes and fees totaling approximately $25 per month for the next 3 years. I go back to the store to find out if there is anything that can be done since that is not what I came in for and not once was told I was signing up for a new line of service. The manager told me "ooh sorry, since it is past 14 days there is nothing I can do except cancel the line and pay the watch off." That defeats the purpose of a "free" watch now doesnt it? Needless to say, no matter how inconvenient, I will go to a different store next time and just hope I get better service.UPDATE: Since I am stuck with this item, I decided to finally see if it would work as described. The watch would not work with out the phone close and turned on. My wife decided to go back to the store and see what is going on. She was informed that the number assigned to the watch doesnt really mean anything. The watch is just an extension of phone. Thats it. No resolution as to how to make it work as a stand alone device. I go to another ATT store to discuss my issue and was told that the watch was not synced to the phone properly. They told me how to do it since i didnt not have it with me. I went home and within a matter of minutes everything works as it should. This ATT location never even asked to see the phone or the watch to verify operation. Customer service at this location is horrible. I will go 20 minutes down the highway to another location for my business from now on.
