Rude staff!!!! They are hardly open and when they are, they never answer the phone. It takes days to get a response back from email.

Called late on a Friday aftnoon close to five didn’t even know if I’d get an answer due to the virus but sweetest man answered the phone. Keep in mind cap/gown will be delivered Monday to our school for pick up. I felt horrible for calling but my daughter asked me to order this special tassel and I had forgot. Anyway thought I’d give it a shot really didn’t think I’d be able to pull it off but Greenville Balfour went above and beyond to get that tassel. I can’t thank you enough especially under the circumstances. And so kind not mad at me for calling last min keeping him from very important things.

They never answer the phone the line is always busy ... And it's just annoying trying to get ahold of these people.

They never answer the phone the line is always busy ... And it's just annoying trying to get ahold of these people. Also they didn't even give me the correct things I ordered and I told them about it and they still didn't give me the right things .
