The manager at the bank is absolutely worthless! I needed to a name change and it's been a process for most a year. I stopped at Greenville branch and the manager had me waiting for literally 70 minutes to tell me it would be another hour! I was told I needed an appointment to see a "banker".. she's a manager over bankers and can't help clients! I've been with this bank for over 30 years since it was nation's bank. Needless to say I never got to see a "banker". I will be moving across the bank to Chase bank!. The reviews score of 2.2 is understandable! I Do not recommend this Bank!

I wouldn’t recommend this location, this location is high traffic area and this branch only has one person assisting with opening accounts or other stuff that you wouldn’t be able to do at the teller. They have two people sitting at the front checking people in at the entrance and only one person helping with opening accounts. That doesn’t make sense why would you have two people at the front check in desk and then a full lobby of people waiting.

My experience in here was extremely positive. Stormy, the relationship banker, was extremely friendly and kind.

Just started having to deposit here for work. Our last bank was a different bank completely and it was always convenient and easy. Plenty of tellers to handle the customers. That has NEVER been the case at this branch. Everytime I come it's a 10-20 minute wait and only one teller. It's completely UNconvenient. This is not a well operated bank. They need another teller!

Locations closing everywhere. Now we drive 2 hours for cashier's checks. Both locations here closed.Got there, no handicapped parking available. No, these were workmen cashing checks, not handicapped at all.45 minutes for 1 cashier's check.Everybody wandering around, talking about the weekend (it's only Wednesday). No one opens a cashier lane.Teller, bearded guy, had all the warmth and personality of a Raggedy Ann doll. Try "hello" instead of "NEXT". Try "thank you for your business" instead of "NEXT" to the next person waiting.

Was lied to by the manager of the bank and to me that means that they are untrustworthy and I will need to find another bank that understands honesty

The branch manager Sheila taught me how to transfer money threw zelle. The help she gave save me hundreds of dollars by not having to come to a branch, which is very far away. I am greatly thankful for her and her services. She is a asset to BOA.

I choose this bank for convenience. Now that they have shutdown the drive thru and the "24hr atm" doesn't accept cash half of the time and the lines inside are 20 people deep because they have 1 teller there is no convenience anymore.

I am disappointed and upset with the lack of effort they are willing to make for their customers. I ordered a new card two times now, neither of which was recieved. I called the bank the third time frustrated at this asking for help only to be told to go to the app or call a number again or to call the postal service. I called the customer service number only to be hung up on 3 times during the process. I called the postal service to find that they have no information on such a thing. At this point I feel it would be more convient and worth time to stop waiting on the card, and go to another bank, especially since it has been made abundantly clear that customer issues are a burden to them that they dont have time for. After an hour of my time being wasted and doing a majority of the leg work, i finally have the issue "fixed" ( they stated they ordered me a new card, but we'll see if it comes in. This doesnt include any of the other times ive had to call over this same issue, so ive lost countless hours of my time working for free to fix an issue to do with their company.I run a customer service based business, this isnt about not getting "the experience I expected" this is about not getting the experience every customer deserves. If my customer had called me stating they had tried all of these things i have stated above, I would've made an effort to fix the situation rather than waste any more of the customers time. Not redirect them to repeat the same steps over and over that they just told me weren't working. You need to be making an effort to go above and beyond for customers to help them, and find/eliminate root causes of issues.

Wow! Horrible bank. I've been with BOA for several years, auto loans and personal/business banking. Since moving to Greenville and experiencing the Greenville branch, I have closed my accounts and moved them across the street to Chase. The bank is always understaffed and those that do show up, are generally rude and condescending. And with regards to my business accounts, I'm always being referred to the Rockwall branch. Long lines and no solutions when you finally reach the one customer service rep is pathetic. And the RESPONSE given by BOA to all of these 1 Star reviews really validates the accuracy to the disgust of the BOF customers in Greenville. Use our ATM, Go online for faster service? No, go across the street to Chase where they have adequate staff and a friendly disposition. No excuses over there. BOA needs to restaff this entire branch for the manager on down. NO MORE EXCUSES!

45 minutes waiting for 1 poor teller to handle everyone in line. Seriously? Then had to wait longer because no one bothered to bring her the change she needed until she was completely out! Several employees walked back and forth in the lobby so could none of them help to relieve the line a little? I’m pretty certain that the drive thru wasn’t open either because there’s no way she could have handled both sides. And just for reference, I was there mid morning so it wasn’t even a lunch crowd or missing employees because of lunch breaks. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the teller was nice. This is ridiculous.

They tell me the other teller teller is out for lunch or called in sick. One teller to take care of lobby and drive through. After reading these ratings with customer's stating there is always one person I have to wonder if they are telling me the truth. I feel sorry for the employees because this is an upper management decision. Worst banking customer service in 40 years. Don't bother apologizing I'm leaving.
