This change over has been ridiculous. They lost my prescription and had to call my doctor for another. Tried to refill that prescription and their automated refill system was slow with delayed responses. I almost hung up. I'm moving to CVS.

Doctor sent the prescription to the Walgreens pharmacy in brookshires. We were told that it should be ready that night. It was not. We went the next day in the afternoon after work we were told it would be 30 minutes. Waited an HOUR and went back. Pharmacy said no more than 10 minutes. After waiting that 10 minutes I went in and asked for my prescription. I was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. While there it was interesting to see multiple employees laughing and on their phones. 20 minutes later my husband goes in and complains to the manager about the prescription we are trying to pick up as well as the nonchalant attitude from the staff. Manager simply told him we can go else where so we are. If I could give no stars I would.

I read the reviews starting that the freestanding Walgreens was less than ideal and that this location was better. Was not disappointed. Fast and friendly service.

My cashier was wonderful today. This was the first time EVER in 30 + years I did not have assistance getting my groceries put into my car today. I am sad our Brookshire's has lost the excellent customer service it was known for.

Have shopped at the Greenville Brookshires since 1992 when I moved to Caddo Mills.
The meat was always excellent.
Recently the quality is more along Wal Mart quality and the lack of service in regard to having to ask to be assisted with your groceries is a poor reflection on leadership at all levels. I never had to have the assistance but seeing elderly customers having to deal with it on their own is a sad development.
Brookshires has always meant quality and customer service, not so much the last couple of months.
A healthy bottom line requires a strong customer base, something that will decline if expectations are not met.
