Brookshire's is a full-service supermarket known for its clean store and friendly, accommodating staff. Customers highlight the excellent customer service, with personnel who really seem to care. The store is well-stocked and offers a friendly atmosphere. Many praise the quality of specific departments, especially the deli and bakery. The deli features very nice personnel who are extremely helpful, and it is celebrated for its fried catfish and one of the best cheese selections, including Babybel and pimento cheese. The bakery also receives compliments for professional, artistic cake-making. Customers appreciate the weekly specials and good sales, and some use the pharmacy now affiliated with Walgreens. The fuel station offers cheap gas, especially with points from grocery shopping.
I just visited the Greenville location and received excellent customer service from Nick in the seafood department. What a superb example of taking a few minutes to ensure I was very satisfied. I already love Brookshire’s, and now I have another reason to make this grocery store my first choice always!
