They did a beyond amazing job with my daughter and I today. From the moment we walked it, the customer service and environment was welcoming. I had so many questions for Zaira and she proceeded to answer all of them. Megan was so gentle ans attentive with my daughter, and the hair color job was BEAUTIFUL. Very talented young ladies.

Getting my hair cut here was such a treat! The shampoo service was absolutely heavenly — Jessica took her time with a thorough scalp massage that melted all my stress away. The warm water, gentle pressure, and relaxing neck massage made me feel like I was at a spa, not just a salon. I left not only with a fresh haircut but also feeling completely pampered and rejuvenated. This extra care makes all the difference, and it’s why I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

My husband and I live in Tallhassee, Florida. We were in town to attend our granddaughter’s college graduation. I hadn’t had time to get my bangs cut before leaving Tallahassee and they were looking awful. I stopped in to Carrie’s Cuts and they were obviously busy. Still, the young woman at the desk called me over, asked what I needed, and said, “I can do that right now.” She trimmed my bangs and sent me off with a smile. I believe her name is Zayda or Zaida. She was adorable and I appreciated her taking time to help me. Great shop! If I lived here, it would be my first choice.

Got my haircute here when my hair was at shoulder length wanted a fade up to a mullet and got my hair shaved so far up and top cut so short there was no style I felt un easy so they switched stylist but I felt once the 2nd stylist saw the aftermath there was not much she could fix, I feel if your tryna get a certain style here especially for a male look else where other than that they do great on woman's hair

I have been taking my very young son (he is about 17 months old now) to Carries for the his last several hair cuts. My son can be very wiggly and I appreciate the staff patience, my son does really well with Ashley!
Every time I go to Carrie the staff is very welcoming and they do an exceptional job listening to my request.
