Probably one of the most poorly run bank branches. No greeter. No way to sign in. Have to wait through a long teller line only to be told to wait in an unmarked sitting area for assistance from a banker. ATMs often broken. Discourteous tellers. Just a bad experience.

Richelle was a TREMENDOUS help to my mom. She took the time to really listen to us and made sure my mom understood what she was doing as she did it. She exemplified great customer care. Unfortunately that's a rare trait these days.

Richelle Colbert took care of every single need we had in an efficient and timely manner. We had three urgent requests, and all 3 were executed to the extent of satisfaction. Extremely polite and well educated in her profession. She is a must see for all of our banking needs from here on out. We were seen as we walked in and walked right out in under 30 minutes for requests that typically take more than an hour on each.

Left card and ID in drive thru, came back in 20 min. They said they shredded it without my permission and ordered a new one.After 2 weeks waiting and finally getting ahold of someone I found out they locked the account and never ordered the card like they told me they did.Canceling all accounts and going across the street.

I've been using this bank for 13 years and in the last 3 years I've had terrible experience with this bank one after the other with terrible employees and the lies this bank tells and recently had my account frozen and even closed all because I was getting my money.. I'm glad my account got closed as there better bank to choose from than this bank

Terrible customer service, refused to add us to the waiting list for service because they closed in an 1 1/2 and said there were four people in front of us. I’ve had an account with them before and closed because of excessive fee charges for no explanations, it was a mistake to give them a second chance!

Both ATMs barely work at the same time! As much money this bank brings in, they could at least get ATM machines that work all the time.

They have 2 BRAND NEW ATM's that are ALWAYS BROKEN. Stay away from the Greenville location! Not all of us can afford 45 minutes of waiting in line to withdraw OUR money.1 month later update: You can't even get anyone to pick up the phone of this branch. What is the point of having a local branch with a localized telephone number if all it does is give you the 800 number to call. What happened to customer service? I can't wait to close this account out!!!
