Greenville Chipotle has set themselves apart from other locations in a way that's welcomed at our dinner table. Having had different experiences at most locations (across the country) finally I've had an experience that can allow me to share ? my beautiful wife's love for this food.

I eat chipotle weekly. I live in Royse city. The RC one, I don’t like. Service isn’t very good. The Greenville one is awesome! I’d rather drive to it. Specifically, Elijah, is great. Always got a smile on his face and treats everyone well. He’s very professional and makes the atmosphere around him better!

“Elijah” is the most obnoxious person i’ve ever met. he acts like the manager and treats his coworkers like complete garbage.yes he comes off as “cheery” but in reality is RUDE.food is great but they need to get rid of him.

I had the Sofritas Tacos ? ?3 crispy corn tortillas, black beans (light), fresh tomato salsa, fajita veggies (light), romaine lettuce, brown rice (light), and a large side of guacamole.This dish is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I wish I could afford to have it every day!

Employees were cheerful, quick and made us feel very welcome. Food was great, overall this Chipotle location seemed cleaner and better run than others we've been to recently.

Went in tonight to get dinner for my husband myself and our son and noticed the crowd immediately. We decided to get it to go instead of eating there as there was nowhere to sit. We all ordered burrito bowls and had to ask for them to put more in the bowl for almost everything. Portion sizes they were giving out looked like something on a kids menu. If I’m paying $11 for a burrito bowl at least put enough rice in it to cover the bottom and a decent amount of meat. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience that we wanted our moneys worth. Then wanted to charge for double when we didn’t order double the meat just wanted more than half a scoop of meat. We were rushed the entire time and then the manager decided to speak to the employee in Spanish not realizing we understood exactly what she was saying. Lousy manager to talk bad about customers right infront of their faces thinking they won’t understand her. We will never go back to this location and will make the drive to Rockwall for better customer service and correct portions of food.

First, allow me to say the team was taking care of an online order with several items. I get that was a huge task. However, when you have customers waiting in line, there needs to be a protocol to take care of them as well. We all waited patiently and finally another associate approached and began taking our orders. A mom and her two small girls were ordering and asked for beans to be added to the child's quesadilla. I believe it may have been the manager, abruptly informed the associate that they do not include beans on the quesadilla unless the customer also ordered a meat. As a person who deals with customers, the optics of this action seemed a bit off. The manager could have politely informed the customer of this requirement or perhaps took a different tact. The food was ok, just the service shows a need for improvement. Maybe Chipotle corporate can train their managers how to approach circumstances with a bit more professionalism.
