At first I would have given a five star. Loved the lady who did my hair, but she moved away. She referred me to Crystal. Made an appointment for both myself and my mom, and she didn’t even spend 30 minutes with both of our cuts combined. She ignored the reference pictures on both of our haircuts, and flat out refused to cut mine the length I wanted. Not to mention she ignored the both of us while we waited for 5-10 minutes.

Never again! Got my hair colored. NOTHING like the picture I showed. Claimed it was the same it's obviously not the same. Asked for a straight cut received a jagged mess and had to get it fixed. Debbie did NOT care whatsoever that she screwed my hair up. No responsibility for the mistake made. And how can one claim that they used the exact same color on the pic shown when the pic does NOT give the color name or numbers. My hair looked like carrots after, which is exactly what I said I did NOT want. It certainly wasn't the beautiful violet wine-ish color. It was a huge nightmare and I wouldn't recommend her to my worse enemy. She lied to my husband when he tried to call her about it. She should retire or something. She should not be doing hair at all! I've never had such a horrible experience in my entire life. I cried all day long and am emotionally distraught over the whole ordeal. And to be told "well I liked it" well honey, we ain't going by what you like now are we? Then she wanted me to wait TWO weeks to come in to semi fix it. Heck no I'm not going back, why? So she can mess it up even more. Stay away people! Stay away! Anyone with eyes can see that my hair is NOT the same color as the pic!
