I went into this location today. We normally use the Terrell location but decided to switch it up this time, boy am I glad we did. Dannielle helped me sort through all my options. Not only listening to my style and personal needs, but making me feel like I knew what I was doing. They were amazingly patient with us and our very hyper 4 yr old. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be returning.

Got mixed information from two different representatives. One said the only affiliation they have with AT&T is using their towers, the other said AT&T is their parent company.

Dude was rude, neither reps welcomed us in, and the dude tried to pull AT&T scam saying "Your phone may not work when service transfer goes through. You will be forced to buy a new one and we can't offer money back."It's a scam reps use to force you to get a new phone after transfer. They brick your phone making it absolutely useless. This is caused by the service provider you are switching to and is absolutely unnecessary.Buy the service online with a sim card and you will never have this issue.

I'm an older woman and was having problems with my phone. I sure did appreciate the young girl on the day after Xmas. She had the patience of a saint and straighten all my problems out. She could have given up at any time but she kept working. I feel you should know what kind of employees you have working for you. She is definitely an asset to the company. I don't remember her name but she was working the day shift 12 /26/22. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you for your time.

Katlin is the best and she went above and beyond helping my mom get started on her new phone.. thanks Cricket for having good people but we returned next day and it wasn’t what my mom wanted cricket needs better selections on their phones and something my mom can use so we return the phone and no longer a customer and went back to metro

They tried hard to make a sale correctly and respectfully. I did not purchase at this time because B still has a low rate and can accept both our phones. Cricket did offer a "free" basic phone with monthly subscription at a decent rate, and did offer a similar computer phone for something like 500usd. The clerk said our galaxy s20 did not interact with their test chip and read their network. I found out this is because Sprint prevents us from doing that until we have cut them off or "unlocked" the phone in person in their store. It's ok but please take note that is what caused it, so you can gain more galaxy customers.
