I wanted to give no stars. We have been customers for almost 3 years after moving to town. We have consistently had bad, rude, and condescending service. Mostly in drive thru. Lately drive thru got better and I was hoping we had survived the pharmacy from hell. Today my husband went in to complain and was told that if he didn't like it....he could take his business elsewhere . We will be taking him up on that. This is from a Pharmacy manager called Nate. He was combative and rude and someone should do something about the horrible service they are providing.At the very end he waves his hand and "dismisses" me and says Adios. How is someone without any customer service and compassion employed?

Worst experience ever hands down!! I went to purchase some money orders which was a large amount which I had to receive multiple money orders. I proceeded to go home and fill them out and to my surprise one of the money orders was torn where I couldn’t fill it out! I went back into the store to let the cashier know which I could have blasted her name but I’m not rude like her but she called her so called boss to tell her what happened which was no help either told me to go take it to my bank and they will cash it but who’s gonna except a torn money order I had my receipt which I was told that cvs policy doesn’t refund money orders or print out another one! So if you need a money order DO NOT GO TO CVS because obviously they rip up money orders and leave you hanging with rude employees and managers!!! I will never ever purchase anything from this location I’ll drive 1000 miles out the way!!

So I visited CVS yesterday because someone I care for sent me up there with his insurance card and Health flex card. I literally stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes without receiving any help. As you can see from the video, if I were a thief, I could have easily made out like a bandit! The video is almost 3 minutes long where I searched for an employee, it will only let me load 30 seconds at a time.

Drove to town to pickup a particular dental product that showed to be in stock. Got there and it was nowhere to be found. Clerk said that just means either we have it or a generic, which of course was CVS brand! I didn’t want the generic!!!

If i could give 0 stars, I would. This locations customer service is absolutely atrocious. The pharmacist has been blatantly rude to anyone in my family that has gone to pick up a prescription. I understand that this is a corporate company and that the locations might not have control over certain aspects of things including the CVS app, but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers. I waited in line for 20 minutes for my prescription, was told it wasn't ready and was no longer able to pick it up since the 14 days had passed. Why was I able to pay for that medication through the app if I wasn't able to pick it up? Of course i got flustered when I was told that. They then told me i had to go back through the line. Unacceptable. I then went inside where the manager wasn't overly welcoming or nice either. I was told my prescription was ready and then told to wait in line again. This location is horrible, unfortunately due to insurance reasons my family has to continue to use it.

The store manager Liz was super rude following me around the store for 30 minutes while I shopped. Didn’t ask if I needed help just watched me. Then when I went to self check out because they didn’t have a register open she stood behind me the entire time then reached over me and grabbed an item I was going to scan after I saw the total ($40.00) as if I wasn’t going to pay for it. I had to ask for it back so I could purchase it. Mind you the store had several customers but I feel she singled me out being the only Hispanic shopper.

This pharmacy discriminates against people who need insulin needles. If you don’t have a prescription there they will not sell you to. Even though insulin is a life or death medication. Don’t waste your time with rude staff. Like they told me just go to Walgreens down the street. Walgreens in Greenville was professional and sold me their last box of insulin needles. Thanks Walgreens and cvs well you know where you can go.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! I was in the drive thru line waiting my turn and when I pulled up they put up closed sign and walked away. When I went inside to ask for my daughters meds they said there system automatically shuts down at 6. LIARS!!!!! At my daughters funeral all day and came after it was over for my other daughters meds!!!!! This has to be the worst place ever!!!! Avoid this place you can better customer service talking to a brick wall!!!!!

Why is it that there are no pharmacies which exhibit professionalism? Was excited to find CVS had phone visits for paxlovid to assist in overcoming Covid. I filled out the required forms, spent an hour doing so only to have appointment confirmed. What happens are designated time of call where CVS would call? Exactly as expected- nothing. No worries. Perhaps I misunderstood so called pharmacy to reach out and verify instruction. OH, that is a no go as well, as the option to reach a pharmacist results in hold for over 5 minutes, of which there is complete silence. CVS- please improve customer service, as that is WHY you exist- to serve customers.

This CVS desperately needs new pharmacy management! My husband has been out of his medication for two weeks now because they keep forgetting to order it. He has it on automatic refill AND calls in advance to make sure they order it but they still manage to miss the order date. His meds are not on back order or in short supply. The main pharmacist there also has a serious sense of self-importance. He is rude and insists on knowing what each medication is being used for. He is not our doctor and im pretty sure it's illegal for him to insist on knowing our personal medical history before he will give us our meds. We are DONE with this CVS. We will use another. If our insurance allowed it we would use Walgreens or even Walmart instead.
