Staff is exceptional....friendly and professional. My insurance was providing a vehicle but it was very easy to upgrade. Staff made sure the vehicle was clean, helped me with the inspection, made directions very clear, and they made sure I had a safe place to stay as I was awaiting my ride upon the return of the rental.It was busy the morning I picked up the rental, but everyone was working quickly so no one had to wait too long.The emphasis at Greenville Texas Enterprise is customer service...how nice to be treated well!

I was provided a rental through progressive. Someone backed into me and had to take my car to a shop to be repaired. Enterprise actually picked me up from the shop and had a car ready for me to take. Both men that worked there were very friendly and accommodating. I got a compact Mazda suv. Soon as he was getting ready to take it, I realized it had a bad smell of cigarettes. Drove the car down the road and realized I could not deal with this horrible smell. So I took it back. They were really nice about it. Switched it out for a Teguan Volkswagen. He had me check the car for any smells. It didn't seem bad so I took it. As I'm driving back home I started to really smell cigarettes again. I thought maybe it was on my clothes from the first car. But no this car smelled like cigarettes too. Just not as bad! When my car was ready they informed me I could just leave the rental there at the shop and they would pick it up. No need for me to drive into Greenville. I thought that was very helpful. So all in all I was very happy with their customer service!! Smell of cars not so much. Thank you Enterprise for taking care of me. Appreciate you.

Beware of renting here. Less than 24 hours of having a van from them I was driving down the road and without any incident or cause, it got a flat. We safely pulled over and had a tow truck take it to a shop over an hour away from Enterprise, Greenville TX, where it stayed for several days without Enterprise attempting to get it. The van was loaded and unloaded off the tow truck several times. They are charging me $900 now for no fault of my own.

Please be aware of renting from Enterprise Greenville TX. We rented a van, and less than 24 hours while traveling home with groceries, the tire went flat without incident. We safely pulled over and called the tow company. The tow company/repair shop had the van for 3-4 days, with enterprise making NO attempts to get it back in that time. I know this because the tow company called me for several days asking what to do with it. How do we know what the tow truck and shop did to it in that time or if it wasn't damaged during the several loads and unloads to get the vehicle back? Watch these people...you will get blamed for $900 worth of damage for a simple flat tire! Scammers! Right is right, and you Enterprise are not right!

I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. First of all I had to pay somebody $50 to bring me then I had to walk half a mile down the road to the bank and have them all back because I didn't have enough money for the deposit in my bank account and they wouldn't accept cash. What happened to Enterprise picking you up. Then they took out $900 for my bank account I had the car a week and it was supposed to be $65 they charged me more than that they charged me $600 for the week and then when I returned the car on Monday they charged me for an extra day because they were closed even though I put the keys in the spot. I had the car detailed and completely full of gas when I returned it.

The office is filthy inside, wait times are ridiculous. The inside car windows were not cleaned, car smelled like cigarettes. Beware of hidden fees not discussed up front such as a tollpass convenience fee that is an add on.

I received a rental from Enterprise-Greenville,TX due to my car being in the shop and getting fixed. The first rental they put me in I went inside of Walmart and when I returned to the car the car would not start. It kept saying engine power reduced. I had to return that car and upon getting another one from them 2 days later the light came on in that car. I’ve never had an experience where I’ve rented cars and they were messed up so I think maybe being that this is a smaller location is the reason or they should get better cars and really check and make sure there aren’t any problems with the cars they have.

Customer service is good, my problem is the wait time. My last two visits were both reservations. First time I waited 2hrs and the second time was 30 minutes. I believe if I have a reservation, I should be ready to check in and go. I'm actually looking for a company without a long wait period.

I had book a reservation a week in advance for a rental but on the day I went to pick up the rental I was told that they did not have any vehicle available.This is not the first time this has happen. Reservations are not honored at the Greenville Enterprise Rental and I would suspect that the same could be said for the one in Rockwall as well.

Got a rental that showed it needed an oil and filter change from day one. It had a low tire, which they aired up. The next morning I had to air it up again, so I could get to work. That day I had to put air in it again, so I could drive home.I called them, they said it didn't need an oil change, and to take it to one of two places to get the tire fixed. Neither place could get me in, when I was off work. I finally took it elsewhere to get it fixed.They didn't even offer to reimburse me.

Eli and Tony were amazing; helpful, friendly and courteous. Collin takes pride in cleaning/washing every vehicle. I will definitely use Enterprise again.
