I recently visited Exxon gas station and unfortunately had a negative experience with one of the associates. The associate made racially insensitive comments, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior in a place that should be inclusive to all customers. I understand it was after the regular hours but if they are unable to handle this schedule they should probably not be working these hours at a 24/7 facility. She was sure very nice to the individual she was on the phone with the whole time she was ringing me up!

We had the pleasure of visiting this Exxon with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We purchased fuel here, and their system was not like other Exxon stores that ask you about your points. The employee attempted to walk us through it and ensured we would add on and to our points, but it did not happen."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"
