People are nice but not trained well. The branch manager gave us incorrect information about filing a dispute and it has put us in a terrible situation. We cannot receive or use money. We will be closing our account and opening new ones somewhere else after all this.

I've used this bank for years awful customer service at this branch treated my brother in law poorly as well completely ridiculous how they judge people on looks and not character do not use this bank they are sketchy with holding money for to long on new accounts

Worst place ever The people there will lie straight face to. They won't let you access your money when they say you can and then can't offer you solutions after thier mess up.
