Absolutely ridiculous, I needed change for a $20, waited in line and when I got to the counter, I told them I needed change their first question was do you have any account with us, 'no', well then we can't give you change. I said it is a CASH $20 bill. Nope they wouldn't do it. SERIOUSLY it was CASH not a check not a debit or credit card but CASH, CASH and they refused to make change because they didn't have MY personal information!!!! Ridiculous Stupidity!!!! I can guarantee they will never have me as a customer and hopefully others will see this and avoid them also.

Came into town to visit my family for Christmas and stop by this bank inside Walmart for a roll of quarters. The guy in the picture (Jacob) and his supervisor stated that "in order for me to receive change I had to bank with them." Now good customer service would've been to ask me if I needed a bank account and try and get me to bank with them. Will never come here again if I could give them no stars I would worst every.

I waited in line for entirely too long for what turned i out to be a waste of time! All I needed was the cash back amount I got from my transaction at Walmart to be broken into smaller bills. Teller refused this simple task because I don’t have an account with them. I will never use this, or any 1st convenience bank because of this experience. There aren’t enough expletives in the world to satisfy the frustration caused by their particular kind of stupidity!

This is the worst bank, trying to control people money, like communist bank. I took money from our account together( with my husband) put deposit online to my own acc. twice, on 08/08/2022 and 08/11/2022. the first check on 08/08 is already available on 08/10 in my acc. and the second check deposit, they said available on 08/17 and then they changed again they said available on 08/19. I normally do without any issue or any problem but this time they gave me problem., I called my own bank Chase, they said, the FCB said to them insufficient, if insufficient I won't took money, they are lie. trying to controlling people money. Then I called the customer service FCB on 08/12 at 5.45pm until 6.23pm, I and my husband talked with Mustafa the name of person in the phone, he said the money will be there tomorrow, it means on 08/13. But is nothing happened, they are lie. so finally we came there to took cash 08/15 the manager still asking what the money was taken for. After I got paper from my own bank we came to this FCB branch again, talk to the manager, his explanation doesn't make sense to me, because so far there's never been a problem. He alleges that bank, so these two banks are accusing each other. But I still don't trust in FCB since the beginning. Let's see what happened next, they still trying to hold my money until august 27 even the manager yesterday said this money is available. this is small bank and customer service is not 24 hours, the worst bank in my experience, no wonder their review is bad

We recently utilized this institution for a business account. While we ultimately transitioned to another local bank that better suited our businesses particular needs, I must take a moment to commend those working the front at this location. Each time we visited they were nothing shy of absolute kindness, positivity, & helpfulness with the resources the company makes available to them. Saw on numerous occasions other customers displaying distasteful attitudes regarding the service but failing to understand majority of the issues were out of the associates hands. The interactions & light conversation we had with each individual at this location really was a delight. If you feel this bank is a convenient option for you then I’d definitely recommend giving them an opportunity to provide you with the same good old fashioned customer service we received.The five stars given was primarily for the staff, I’d rate the bank itself as the company is choosing to operate a 3. Main recommendation we would suggest is for the company to be a bit more up-to-date on services, policies, & fees to be more comparable to their competitors such as BOA, Chase, & Wells Fargo. Perhaps then they would attract additional account holders. Also believe the employees really do deserve appropriate recognition from this bank (beyond a pizza party or insufficient gift certificate) because they really are the best part of our experience & it saddens me we won’t be having those interactions.

I have banked here since 2014 for 7 years now. In the beginning service was outstanding. Through the years staffing has changed and service has diminished quite rapidly. The main reason I Bank here is conveince and being in Walmart and open on Sunday and now I see that they are closed on Sunday. They definitely have training issues. My reason for 3 stars.definitely

A1 service from the only male! 2+ scandalous females that will pull all types of stunts to take your money. Happend on several occasions. Closed my account with a fee & it went into the negative 2 days later. Came back to see abt a reimbursement for them to close it. Hispanic tried to steal $100 from me had to go back in for it & she says “oh yea you’re right” like what! I DO NOT recommend anyone to bank here what so ever. Brought $167 in all 1s to deposit, she takes my money to the back & comes back to tell me that there is only $118. (Driving 66 miles a day just to get to welding school + heavy traffic otw home) Long overdue review from me… A BIG thumbs down to these guys

Ive banked here for years and i WILL be closing my accounts with them because they will not help. The people at the local branch want to HELP but its upper management that will not. Ive had issues with them before but always let it go. This was the last straw.

0/10 Would not recommend. Have had this bank for over a year now, and their app is not suitable for my needs. When I spend money, I expect it to leave my account within 1-2 days, not 6-7. Numerous times, the app will display that I have money, and then I go to buy something and I get hit with an overdraft fee when all of a sudden my bank balance drops one hundred dollars or more overnight, with charges that I could've sworn came out the same day I made the purchase. And for some reason, after the first month of having them, any time I have a direct deposit coming in, THAT's when my account updates and I get charged the NSF fee. I've probably paid almost a thousand dollars in NSF fees this year. I've had enough. This bank might suit your needs, but it definitely does not suit mine, and I plan to switch to a different bank as soon as I get paid. Hopefully their app updates when I make the purchase.

Terrible experience I was in the process of moving my guys in my business to this bank because they're open on Sundays and we work on Sundays a lot they basically told me what I want to hear said I would have no problem casting large checks the moment I try to catch a small check a $1900 check They were on able to. Then me and my guys of the bloody 4 weeks for ATM debit card still never received it even after close down our counts They when I close out my cat they charged me $25 I will never recommend them and I'll never do business with them again

Best Bank i have ever had a account with.They are open every holiday except Christmas Day.Open 7 days a week.Very helpful with all types of loans available.

Have had them for a couple years now. Never had a problem with this bank and they are very friendly. Definitely would recommend.
