Reserved on the app and was in a chair getting my usual haircut immediately. Talk about FAST friendly service! The stylist was personable and already knew my preferences. Inexpensive, remembers my last haircut and a simple easy to use app. Great Clips beats Sports Clips is my opinion.

Asked for a STRAIGHT ACROSS trim, and this is what I got. Thought I would save some money and try Great Clips. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Do not recommend going here for a women’s cut.

I have an autistic grandson and he makes them earn their money! We love that they take the extra time to give him a good cut. I don't mind the XL tip I give them either.

Checked in online, looking for weight off the top of my head, asked for layers all around like a wolf or butterfly cut and essentially the lady said that won't look the way I want and suggested I cut my hair shorter instead. She took off 6 inches and 1 layer that was just a bit shorter. I should have just left before she started because I was emotional about not being listened to. Paid 20$ for her to talk for me. Not the best experience. Probably won't go to great clips again.

Great experience! The two ladies there this morning were so cheerful and seem genuinely happy to be working there. It made the experience very pleasant. AND…..I got a great haircut for not much $. Because of remote check-in, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Just great all the way around.

My son always comes here and gets a pretty good cut. Today it was a new person he hasn’t ever seen, he asked for 1-2” off on top and a fade. She cut ALL his curls off (had a mullet) the top of his head it’s so short. Won’t use her again.
