Great job on detail and service however, need better hours. Longer hours during week and open on Sunday as well would definitely bring more business and allow us that have 10-12 hour work days during week and cannot make it back to the area from DFW before closing and also busy all day every Saturday. Pretty frustrating, especially when you pay for a membership.

Always do a great job! IDC how many car washes there are it's not a good wash unless your car gets wiped down... period!!! I'll always choose Hacienda!!! Best in town!!!

Paid for a full detail (Royal Package) and the inside was half vacuumed and wiped down. They even left cleaning spray on one of the inside windows. Cup holders have cleaner in them still with all the dirt that was there before. Seats, floors, console area and doors all still have dirt and spots like they did before. Worst detailing job I’ve ever had on a vehicle. Will not return.Services: Auto detailing

OMG! This place does a magnificent job on car washing. For the basic car wash, they treated it as well as they possibly could have. And they dry buffed my car for no extra charge, but I tipped them wholeheartedly. Great place to go. I have a little, somewhat beat up car and they treated me like anyone else. I appreciate that. Thank you Hacienda. I recommend you to everyone.?

if soap ratio was more when on soap h8gh pressure I would of given it 5stars. $2.50 to start took about 9 to wash it. has hot water which was a plus and good pressure

I was so impressed with the team here! They did a great job of cleaning out the interior even taking out the rubber mats and scrubbing them with a brush! They also did an amazing pretreat on the outside of the vehicle before running it through the automated wash. It's the best wash and cleaning I have had in a very long time!Services: Vacuuming

Interior services not good, I notified the lady of all the dirt left in the car and she said well to wipe the door panels it would be a detail which starts at $100. No thank you, $100 to wipe down 4 door panels after I paid $32.00 for a vacuum and exterior wash. My services will be elsewhere.
