Horrible customer service from workers that were there August 16th at 1:30pm. Very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. I asked one of the workers for some shoe sizes and they never came back to me, then the other worker came back to me and gave me the complete wrong sizes. My son then asked the female lady working then, she went to the back, come out with nothing, went and helped other customers and finally got back to him to tell him there wasn’t that size so he asked for a half size smaller or a half size bigger and she said nothing but “no.” Be better.

Drove all the way from Princeton to do some more back to school shopping as school starts tomorrow and they were closed for more than 3 hours 12-3PM. Wild! Went shopping some place else, ate lunch and came back. They ahhses was still closed. Lost out on a huge market as several families walked by, some of them were families of 8! Just completely WILDDDDD!

One of the pairs I ordered were received quick but still waiting on the other pair and have yet to receive update to why they haven’t been delivered yet.

Ordered a shoe waited 14 days every time i called i was put on hold 15 min. Never answered poor customer service so just went up got my money back they said oh we dont have that shoe guess they were just ganna keep my money like i said poor customer service shop else were

What the actual heck was the problem the with the girls working there? They were so incredibly rude to me and both were disgracefully flirting with a man who literally sad 4 times while I was trying to pay for my shoes that he was married. It was so pathetic to watch.

0 stars! My package that was a Christmas present said it was delivered and it was not. It has been 2 weeks and every rep I have spoken with has supposedly put in a claim however none have been submitted. This has been a horrible experience for me

If there was an option for zero stars, they have earned it! Purchasing from Hibbett Sports was a huge mistake. In store, upon realizing what my son was wanting was not available and TRYING TO LEAVE, we were PROMISED (3 times for reassurance) that they could be ordered and would arrive on time for my son's first basketball game. Not only did the shoes NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. The shoes that came late were the wrong size as well as a completely different style shoe! We were sent a pair of shoes that were SEVENTY DOLLARS CHEAPER. When returning to the store, we were told there was nothing they could do and i needed to contact customer service. Customer service told us that the store had to handle it.... !?!?
If customer service ever did get back to me, they would never reply to my issue. Hibbett Sports is a company full of incompetent employees both in store as well as in the office behind a worthless computer screen. The CEO of Hibbett Sports CERTAINLY cant be bothered. It has been over a month and the issue is still unresolved. My son had to miss his first 2 basketball games because at the end of the day, all that mattered was that they got that $. The customers who spend (and lose) their money, definitely arent a priority to them.

I liked that they weren't after me, you can choose and see everything inside the store and when I decide what to take I talked to them and it was nice to see my products, I will visit soon.👌

You sent my shoes to California, it literally says “TX” how do you mess up that badly?!?!? Literally, maybe hire people who can actually read.
