I originally reached out to Jodi the owner of this company on fb messenger late last year to set an appt but got no response. I choose to go to another stylist but really wanted to go here as they had good reviews on Google. I just moved on and thought maybe they were just fully booked.
I tried again on March 12th but this time thru text and got a response from the owner. She completely blew me off and never followed through with setting my appointment š. Again I just went to another place
. Then 3 months layer the owner randomly texts me back wondering if I ever got my hair done..(????).. I sighed heavily but still wanted to try this place so I gave in and set an appt with Tia.
My appt was set for June 16th but 3 weeks later Tia texted me and asked if I could change my appt date. In which i declined and asked her to just cancel my appointment on the grounds that this whole process has been a reck and to please let the owner know my feelings on it.
So yeah. I'm not sure how this place is even in business. And I can honestly say I'm not ever going to attempt to go there again.

Very clean facility. Smelled really good. Very friendly. We were able to get a walk in appt within 30 mins of arriving. Jeffry was very attentive. He took his time. Pricing was very reasonable, considering the time and work he put in. He even suggested product that would help with my daughters curly hair. He made her feel comfortable and she even said he was funny. Definitely recommend this place and Jeffry.

The place was clean. My first experience was great! The next time i went I ask for a little more blonde highlight and ended up with my hair blonde almost all over on top. Third time asked for color all over and less blonde highlights. She did my roots only and with a color that didnt match my hair. Ashley M was my stylist. She did not listen to my request for my hair! The color was so off (violet instead of red roots) I had to color it myself to try to cover up the mess. When I asked for a partial refund and the formula that was put on my hair so I could fix it myself she said I will have to figure it out. No response after that and no refund. I would not recommend this person to do your hair.

I really, really want to like this salon. So much so, that Iāve given them more than 2 chances to do my hair or the hair of those I love.After my most recent experience, I have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed.Iāve been growing my hair out from a pixie for years and my hair, like many other people, is super important to me.Iām aging, and my hair is thinning, and so the right and correct cut is more important than ever.Iāve been coming to this salon with my daughter off and on for about 3 years, and I always saw the same lady.I do not wish to mention her name or damage her career, as she is a super kind and sweet lady. But I cannot continue to come here to her.To keep it short, I have had about 5 total cuts from her, my daughter has had 2, and my mother had her hair dyed by her.My momās hair was so damaged from the bleach that it was melted around the ears. She was told she didnāt have to pay, and she ended up having to have it cut off elsewhere, 6 inches off.I felt so bad because I had referred her.I had a bad layering job from the same lady, but about a year later, gave her another chance. She did well on that cut, but missed some split ends. I let that go.This recent time I came for a TRIM. I asked for no more than an inch off. When I left, it looked fine because I had worn my hair my natural wavy way.After a day or so, when I was brushing my hair out before washing, I noticed a couple of pieces were cut SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than the rest of my hair. Not only that, there were several pieces in the front that hadnāt been touched. They had bad split ends because of it.Iām guessing I didnāt notice because we were talking and chatting the entire time.I reached out and sent pics to her, and she apologized and said sheās sorry, that she had off days just like any other human.I understand that, but this is my HAIR.And this was a large amount cut, way more than an inch trim I asked for.She kindly gave a refund.I have an appointment to go get it fixed tomorrow by someone else at a different salon. I hope she can blend these shorter pieces.Overall, this is a nice salon with friendly workers. And I wanted to give an extra star for that. But Iāll never return, and that makes me really sad, because they are so nice here.Pics attached of me pointing at the hairs cut super short compared, as well as pic of split ends left.
