“Called late on a Friday aftnoon close to five didn’t even know if I’d get an answer due to the virus but sweetest man answered the phone. Keep in mind cap/gown will be delivered Monday to our school for pick up. I felt horrible for calling but my daughter asked me to order this special tassel and I had forgot. Anyway thought I’d give it a shot really didn’t think I’d be able to pull it off but Greenville Balfour went above and beyond to get that tassel. I can’t thank you enough especially under the circumstances. And so kind not mad at me for calling last min keeping him from very important things.”
