Went in (pre employment)for a company drug test at 11:00 was told to come back at 1:30 came back at 12:40 office is locked people are waiting outside in the heat

Been trying to speak with someone for days now on the phone. Nobody answers during business hours and doesn’t return any voicemails.
Had blood when done over a week ago, and still can’t get the results for my dr. Having to go somewhere else now and do them again.
Very sad customer service

The staff was very kind, understanding, and helpful! When I walked in, the waiting room was full, but they were able to keep things moving swiftly and I was out within 15 min.

Arrived 15 minutes prior only to be told they stop drawing blood at 1130 for lunch. Sign on door said closed!! When we came back at 1 we were told to check in at kiosk. Another lady at it was having alot of problems with machine. Girl behind desk said "we have had trouble all day". She finally checked me in and while waiting a very elderly man came in. She told him to check in at kiosk also. He then had problems. She finally got off her damn phone and helped him. Took a whole 30 seconds. My question is for customer service when system is acting up shouldn't She be checking people in like she did me?? The whole thing is worthless if you ask me.

Front desk is very rude as I sat there and listened to her talk to elderly folks like second class citizens, I was appalled.

Very frustrating for home health care providers to arrive with specimens to find location is closed for lunch 20 min early than designated times ( on more than one occ) I have seen Elderly patients sitting in there cars before designated closing time waiting for location to open back up.Otherwise staff has always been nice and helpful

5 days after a blood draw. This place is the equivalent of a fast food place - get ‘em in and get ‘em out asap. I screamed when she jabbed me, phlebotomist did not care, went ahead and drew blood super fast - she was NOT a skilled phlebotomist and I have been to A LOT! I have to have blood drawn every 6 months. There are plenty of gentle phlebotomists - but they are not at this location.

This location is great. The front desk staff is friendly and all the workers are so nice. I would recommend this location to my loved ones and strangers. They were also really busy but wait time was really fast. I have been to other locations and had terrible experiences so it was refreshing to have such a friendly staff here. Highly recommend!

So totally frustrated trying to reach the Greenville office to confirm appointment made for bloodwork. On a tight schedule that day and the online site says there is no record of this appointment. I've left at least 3 messages since this past friday and still no word. Hello, does anybody work here!?! Your online appointment desk is not worth a flip.

This location is great. The front desk staff is friendly and the phlebotomist Sarah is skilled and so kind. I would recommend this location to my loved ones. They were also really busy but wait time was less than 10 minutes. My little sister is special needs and typically requires more than 5 sticks but they got her on the first try and were so sweet to her. I have been to other locations and had terrible experiences so it was refreshing to have such a friendly staff here. Highly recommend!

Receptionist is too busy chatting with people in the back room to talk to customers waiting, and have been waiting for 10 minutes. She keeps calling everyone "sweetie" and "baby" and is just so unprofessional.
