I paid my pawn off in full and was supposed to get a call for when I can pick up my guns. I reached out to management and received a quick response. I really appreciate them getting back with me and straightening things out.

My experience with this establishment great , the staff was respectful and the prices are reasonable compared to retail prices. The building was clean and well stocked with quality merchandise not a bunch of trinkets. Before you go to Lowe's or home Depot check with them first they might have the item at half the price of big retail stores. Thanks again Loan Star Pawn for great deals and service. ?

Brought my laptop to pawn. Owner said “I just sold one of these for $100 so I’ll give you $60” did not even opened or powered it on to see the specs. Obviously doesn’t know anything about electronics. Go to Insta-Cash in Quinlan instead. They know what they doing there.

This place is horrible. I brought in two brand new unused DeWalt XR drills. One is a three speed with hammer setting and one is a three speed impact driver, two batteries, a charger and a DeWalt, wet or dry vacuum that can be plugged in or battery powered the drills alone sell for $400 Sells brand new for 180 it was never used. Neither were the drills and this guy had the balls to try and screw me by offering me $125 for all of it. I get the fact that you’re not going to get what things are worth at a pawnshop, but surely he can’t possibly think that I was stupid enough to take that. Absolutely insulting and disappointing. I will never return to the shop and if anyone says they’re going to stop by there, I will gladly tell them not to.

Don't deal with the owner. I had used the pawn shop before and the employees were nice. This last time because of the owner, was the last time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always something interesting to find. I saw a man leave disappointed and angry because they couldn't help him, and the staff had told him so respectfully and regretfully. He threatened with a bad review. Makes you wonder how many of these bad reviews are from people that had to be turned down. There are also many 5 star reviews as well. I find the staff to be very professional and courteous.

Best pawn shop around, cheapest FFL transfers in my area. Great customer service and everyone there is like family to me. Have been able to find speciality tools for my trade for a fair price. Can’t recommend this place enough, truly. I’ve seen people come in broke and leave wealthy, I’ve seen people come in not looking for anything and find something amazing at an incredible price. When you think “bargain” you think: Lone Star Pawn and Bargain Center.

It's a horrible place and the owner is a horrible person! I honestly don't know how he's been in business this long. I swear it's a store front for money laundering or drugs!
