My husband needed a new phone but Metro isn't offering any deals currently so we purchased a Samsung Galaxy online (at a deal) and took it in to this Metro store hoping they would switch his old broken phone to this new one. Because we bought it online, the woman (who says she's the manager) said she wouldn't help him. She was rude and curt and specifically told him she wouldn't help him, that he needed to go online and make the switch himself. He's not a tech-savvy fella and really needs assistance with this stuff, and was so dismayed that he had to leave. He asked for the manager's name and number so he could complain, to which the woman replied "I'm the manager, and we don't give out anyone's name or info, so you can't complain." Then she grinned and was finished speaking to him.
I'm utterly shocked at how this woman and this store can keep any business. In this world, we need to come together and help each other and brings joy to each other's days - but this woman did nothing but bring rain and sourness. I am now switching my husband's cell plan to a different carrier. We are done with Metro PCS and with Metro-Greenville.

Called on Monday the 25th to check if they certain phones in stock so we could signup (switch carriers). Carlos said they did not have phones in stock. Asked if he could get them and said he had to talk with manager and would call me back. Called them back 28th and was told by Carlos that he had been off a few days and had not talked with manager. Really poor service.

Best customer service I've had from a Metro Store. Wasn't able to accomplish what I went in there for but the girl at the counter was very friendly and had a great personality. They should hire more people like her.
