Called on Monday the 25th to check if they certain phones in stock so we could signup (switch carriers). Carlos said they did not have phones in stock. Asked if he could get them and said he had to talk with manager and would call me back. Called them back 28th and was told by Carlos that he had been off a few days and had not talked with manager. Really poor service.

Best customer service I've had from a Metro Store. Wasn't able to accomplish what I went in there for but the girl at the counter was very friendly and had a great personality. They should hire more people like her.

Spoke with customer service to see if we added a line what our promotional was. Was a good promotional and then when I went into this store to do the promotional Carla claimed she could only do it for FIFTY dollars more a month than what our promotional was quoted on top of paying $58 upfront but customer service quoted $18 upfront. And she claimed there was nothing she could do. As we argued, she called her manager and was basically talking down and LAUGHING at the fact that I'm arguing with her to her manager whom was also named Carla according to the Carla I was speaking to. But when I asked for the managers number she said I can't give “his†and when I ask well how can it be a he if you're speaking with a she named Carla and she said her other manager was named Ricky. When asked for hers and managers badge numbers she couldn't give them because they weren't allowed. But Wesley st had no problem giving theirs and neither did customer support when we called after leaving. Every time I've come in here they can't seem to get anything done. But go down the road to Wesley street and they always help and always confirm that yes indeed what Lee street “couldn't†do they could. So best advice for this store get employees who can actually do their job without having to be on the phone with a manager getting advice on how to do their job. Otherwise managers will never have a day off and this store will continue to be lousy. If you're going to talk smack about your customers over the phone all because you called them on your personal phone instead of store phone at least wait till they are gone. And just because you do it in another language doesn't mean the other person doesn't understand you. Literally, you have to learn another language in order to graduate.
