If I could’ve given the lab a zero, I would have. Worst lab in America! Waited an hour and a half with an appointment. The old man working there is slow, incompetent, and rude. No human contact at the check in window. You must use a kiosk to check in. Worst service ever.

I was told I was going to have to pay a $70 insurance co payment by the lab tech, I advised the lab tech my insurance plan with your company has no copay for me. In addition, the $70 she attempted to collect from me was more than the total amount my insurance company has ever paid your company for the same tests. I am going to probably take my business elsewhere. I see no reason I should provide your company with an interest free loan, especially since they generally pay you within a few weeks of your company submitting a claim. In addition I will let my HR know about your local office's practices.

I have been going to Quest here in Greenville for years!! The techs have always been very professional and helpful. Kevin is a very quiet, shy man and may come across rude at times but he really is a nice man.

11/1/2023 Worst location and laziest people. Went in for a walk in and they turned me away because they had to go to lunch. It doesn't specify that they are closed for lunch. There were three people working there and none of them were willing to do anything. Pure laziness and the owner should fire them so they can get welfare like they really want.Edit - I see online it says they are closed for lunch from 11:30 to 12:30 and I walked in at 11:15 so plenty of time to get my simple blood draw.

Only one staff member working took over an hour with tons of people waiting or being turned away. Rude to everyone there and he wouldn’t stop staring at my breasts. Gross how they let him work there. Horrible

Lost my urine sample at one visit so has to return for another. Made me physically bring paper orders from the doctor’s office even though they receive orders electronically and are located in the SAME BUILDING. Charged me twice for a test my doctor’s office messed up and I started a dispute with customer service. They still sent the bill to collections. The older man who works there is extremely rude and messed up my draw. I felt like he might harm me because he was annoyed at me for not wanting to go back to the doctors office for an order. If there is somewhere else to get tests done in Greenville, go there!!

Horrible service, I check in I could hear the receptionist talking, window was closed, I knocked on the window to get their attention and they didn’t care.

The worst place to go, I will make sure in the future that my Dr sends me to labcorp. Only one person working NO ONE at the window. Wasted time waiting for a walk in, just to hear the only guy working say I go to lunch now so you can wait or come back another day. If you were adequately staffed with a person at the window I would not have sit there for nothing

I will NOT go back until this office becomes organized, has more than one choice of persons to draw blood, and keeps necessary equipment in stock. I repeatedly told the phlebotomist that he could not draw blood from my arm. It's now bruised and hurting. He tried anyway. Then didn't have butterfly needles to draw from my hand. I hate that Cretia and Stephanie left. They were great and treated me well. This Quest location has gone down and I will be looking for another location with supplies, staff that listens, and more than one phlebotomist. Don't bother trying to get help from customer service.

I checked in at 12:30 hoping to get in early for a 2:10 appointment.The website explicitly states appointments take priority over walk ins.There were 5 appointments and at least as many walk ins to be seen ahead of me.It is now 20 mins after the last patient was seen and they still will not call me even as my name has been on the board.I work from home for a fortune 500 company. I have been doing contract work for 34 years all across the world.This is hands down THE WORST I have ever seen. Bar none. It's embarrassing and unacceptable that this level of total disregard of their own self exposed policies are ignored.I just got off a lengthy conversation with our onboarding group. They will be reviewing in hopes to remove Quest as a vendor.They are without a doubt the most unprofessional and uncaring group found in health care.

I couldn’t believe all the negative reviews on here. They had always been friendly and efficient…. Until today. Open at 07:00 means nothing. No receptionist or anyone to answer any questions just that stupid electronic check in stand. If I wanted to operate computers I would get a job doing that.0 customer service, but 100% terrible attitudes. If we were grading on that they would get 6 stars. I have better things to do with my time than to drive 40 minutes to wait for 4 hours. This place need to remember we are the customer. “ we ain’t begging, we are buying” run your customers off and you will have plenty time to decide customer service goes a long ways.
