“This is a very nice storage system. The units seem to all be in good condition and the grounds are clean. Our items have remained clean and safe while stored there. Sadly, the communication is lacking and the management of the property does not process payments in a timely fashion. I recommend this business, but also recommend you watch your payments so you don't lose things because "you" didn't pay.”

“There was a mix-up when new owners took over & my storage was way behind, then my auto pay was also messed up so I owed a lot of money. After speaking to someone in customer service they took care of my issue immediately. They definitely listen to any issues you may have. They were right on top of this and it was painless for me to get fixed. I appreciate it so very much. I would recommend big guy storage 150% you can't go wrong they are great to work with & the facility is always nice & clean. Thank you big guy for the fast response in getting my issue taken care of. “This place was a heaven-sent! I had originally rented a unit from Big Guy Storage in Greenville, but there were so many issues with getting access to the unit and being trapped in their gate with no one answering the phones, that when I found an available unit at Devon, I immediately rented it. Within 30 minutes of renting the unit, I was able to drive there, speak with the front office, and start unloading my belongings. The staff at Devon were so helpful that it made what had started out to be one of the most stressful days of my life and turned into a positive experience. They even gave my dad a ride back from the bathroom xD Even as I was leaving the first day, I assumed the exit gate would open if I got close enough (didn't notice the keypad) and instead of letting me sit there until I figured it out, a staff member opened it for me. This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with a storage facility.”
