“Unfortunately I needed to find storage abruptly for a 3 bedroom house. Luckily Smart Space was there to help. I realized AFTER I started unloading the truck that I needed a bigger storage unit because I wasn’t going to have enough space for all of my belongings. I went into the office and explained all of this after checking the price for a bigger unit online. The lady told me that I could still use a promotional offer even though I was switching units. That’s great business and awesome customer service as this saved me a significant amount of money as opposed to what I was originally going to have to pay. They have always been helpful and friendly every time I’ve gone out there to access my belongings. I’m so glad that after reviewing all of my options, I opted to have my unit here at this facility. I have never had to worry about anything with this facility.”
