“Bravo and kudos to Ms. AMBER (office center) who graciously and patiently assisted me with an Amazon return last night. Amazon return area has been relocated since I was last there. Bit confusing QR vs needing a printed label. Nonetheless, Ms. AMBER took charge. Got it done, quickly and professionally. Muchas, muchas gracias?!?!?!???????”

“Again Im more than happy to consistently use Office Solutions Business Center to ship anything I need to. I know Staples and even the USPS are alternatives that we gravitate more, yet USPS at Plano has many times, shipped my packages up to Boston and Maine, only to return back to Plano to continue its way to Austin. As for Staples, yes its great to stop and shop for other necessities when you need to ship, yet at times the line at Staples can remind me of the DMV and lord knows, we dont need that in our lives!”
