Completed my pre work online prior to coming, was given the option to schedule an appointment and do a drop in, I selected drop in. I entered the location and headed to the right near the TSA check in area, a dark haired lady looked me up and down and walked over to the TSA area and turned her back to me, there was a lady with blond hair behind the counter who greeted me and asked how she could assist me, I informed her I was there to complete the TSA application, she looked over to the lady who looked me up and down and turned her back. The dark haired lady then stated when is your appointment, I stated I am doing a walk in, she repeated when is your appointment, it's appointment only. I then stated I did my pre-work online and it gave the option of a walk in, she then stated well I am going to lunch at 1 but you can come back tomorrow. I then said that's fine I will try and go somewhere else today. I turned around to leave and she says " you going somewhere else because you didnt have an appointment" .

Every time I go in the Greenville Staples I am greeted by smiling friendly faces and every staff member I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to help me. This review is for Christian back in the print department. Cheerful even when we had some technical difficulties and he was put on the spot to learn something new very fast but he rose to the challenge and was able to help me quickly. Thank you!

Big shout out to Staples print services team! I brought them an old photo of my dad when he was a little boy to see if they could scan it and print a copy. It had a white spot on the face and some tears around the edges. Bobby knocked it out of the park! He fixed all of it! I cried when they showed me the new picture. A heartfelt thank you to Staples!

I went in here to drop off some amazon returns. There was a long line but it went fast, mainly because Kieth is such a beast. He got all my stuff scanned and packed up really quickly, and we had a nice conversation at the same time. I honestly feel bad for the employees here because they have become so busy with amazon returns. Maybe Staples corporate can step in and find a way to make the amazon return process easier and more efficient for their employees? Just a thought.

Bobby was amazing! I had some photos made for my grandmas service that were old and scratched but he made them look brand new. It’s so good to know that there is good people that take pride in their work. Thank you so much Bobby you’ve made my week! Definitely will be telling people to go to him for any photo needs.

Have used this location many times and never had issues. Went in today and was charged $58 for 30 color copies. I come to find out that this is because of a $15 express fee that was added on. I wish the employee had let me know beforehand of this fee instead of just saying that it was the paper that made it so expensive. I was in no rush and would have left the order till later if I’d known. Bad form.

Went to pick up prints that were sent over. Received notification that they were ready. Got to the store around 5:20, waited in the line for five minutes when a guy came over and said I couldn’t get my prints for 15-20 minutes because they were on break ?♀️ I guess they don’t have a manager or anyone in charge who could have easily handed my prints and taken my credit card.

The girl at this location in the printing and shipping services was extremely rude to another customer that was needing assistance with the printer. I’m standing in the line and the lady that she was checking out when she left she told her that she hope that she had a better rest of the day. The customer service person did not seem to want to help the lady that was having trouble using the printer and called someone else to assist her it is misfortunate that you go somewhere and expecting to get assistance with the service because a lot of these people are older and may not know how to use the technology that we have today so this was very disheartening. I asked her if she needed to go assist the customer while I wait even though I was next in line she said no she called someone else she did seem to be very annoyed and I get that people have bad days but you suck that mess up and you keep moving and your number one goal is to satisfy the customers as they come through the door and this was just really some unacceptably behavior.
