Went to pick up prints that were sent over. Received notification that they were ready. Got to the store around 5:20, waited in the line for five minutes when a guy came over and said I couldn’t get my prints for 15-20 minutes because they were on break ?♀️ I guess they don’t have a manager or anyone in charge who could have easily handed my prints and taken my credit card.

The girl at this location in the printing and shipping services was extremely rude to another customer that was needing assistance with the printer. I’m standing in the line and the lady that she was checking out when she left she told her that she hope that she had a better rest of the day. The customer service person did not seem to want to help the lady that was having trouble using the printer and called someone else to assist her it is misfortunate that you go somewhere and expecting to get assistance with the service because a lot of these people are older and may not know how to use the technology that we have today so this was very disheartening. I asked her if she needed to go assist the customer while I wait even though I was next in line she said no she called someone else she did seem to be very annoyed and I get that people have bad days but you suck that mess up and you keep moving and your number one goal is to satisfy the customers as they come through the door and this was just really some unacceptably behavior.

I went into the Greenville Staples and their Copy Area Team did a great job of making a little bit of a line go very quickly. PROPS!!!I made my transaction and proceeded to the restroom at the back of the store.When I got back to the restroom (with my walker), I find that the restrooms are locked....and a note telling me to go find an associate to let me in. I had to walk my walker all the way back up to the front to find an associate and she was very pleasant, and walked with me all the way back to unlock the door of the restroom.And this is where it went south. I am not a germ a phobe whatsoever, but this was not good. The toilet seat was wonky, the floors had dirty plops of liquid on the floor not only in the stall...but also throughout the restroom. The floor side walls looked like they also hadn't been cleaned in months. It was disgusting. The sink was dirty in a grime-build-up-overtime way.1) I can't believe a Manager has not put in for a bathroom upgrade.2) I can't believe a Manager has not fired the cleaning service.3) If the manager HAS made those requests, I can't believe that the Regional Managers did not support those requests.4) I cant believe that a lock was needed on the bathrooms. I know y'all are no Bucees....but y'alls restrooms aren't even up to WalMart quality.5) I took my $30+ worth of merchandise, re-stocked them appropriately, and then left the building.

I asked where something was and expected the typical half hearted "it's over there somewhere" response.However, Wendi took me directly to the item I wanted. She dropped what she was doing and showed me exactly where it was.As customer service slowly fades into a memory while America pulls the plug on its life support and it breaths its last breath, it is refreshing in a nostalgic sort of way to see a person show interest in the needs of a customer.Thank you Wendi. I have enjoyed using my label maker.

I’m not entirely sure about other Staples locations but this one rarely has anything that you need right there in store. It’s all about ordering online these days. And $23 for 20 colored copies is highway robbery! I can buy an entire printer for that price! The employees are not the most outgoing people but they really weren’t rude either.

Today, I had the misfortune of encountering the most unprofessional and undertrained individual in a management position, Carlos, at the Staples store located in Greenville. My experience with Carlos was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the level of service provided.From the very beginning, it was evident that Carlos lacked the necessary experience and knowledge to fulfill his duties as a manager. When I approached him with an issue regarding one of the services offered by Staples, instead of offering any assistance, he displayed a complete disregard for my concerns. His dismissive attitude was both unhelpful and infuriating.To make matters worse, Carlos resorted to threats, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue or even showing empathy towards my situation, he actually threatened to ask me to leave the premises. This level of unprofessional behavior is simply unacceptable, especially from someone in a position of authority.The most disheartening aspect of my interaction with Carlos was his complete inability to comprehend the gravity of the situation. Despite my clear explanation that the store had misplaced my mail, he chose to ignore my concerns entirely. It was clear that Carlos lacked the competence required to handle such a situation and failed miserably in addressing my needs as a customer.Overall, my experience with Manager Carlos at the Staples of Greenville was an absolute nightmare. His lack of experience and knowledge, coupled with his unprofessional behavior, left me feeling completely dissatisfied and disrespected as a customer. I strongly advise anyone considering utilizing the services of this store to proceed with caution, as dealing with Carlos is an experience you would want to avoid at all costs. Staples should take immediate action to rectify this unfortunate situation and ensure that their customers receive the level of service they deserve.

An error occured with my online order and sadly the Greenville store never recieved it. I arrived to pick it up a day later and they had no records of my order. I was very frustrated after driving 40 minutes to pick up my order and on a tight schedule I had little options left. The lady in the printing area was wonderful even when I wasn't. She was able to get my order done in 30 minutes! Thank you! I'm sorry I didn't catch your name! Thank you for saving the day!

If you need your TSA Pre Check done, then I say this is the place to go. I went just Yesterday. The young lady there was so Kind, Professional and even had a cool sense of humor. She saw me right away, got me through the process thoroughly, yet swiftly. Got my email Today accepting my approval and providing me with my KTN. I highly recommend going to the young lady in this Staples location!

It’s ridiculous how usps or ups drop off’ s are more than a priority that someone that is waiting just to get 1 docs and get 2 copies of it I normally wouldn’t be mad about it if it was 1 or 2 people maybe even 3 but when you have 4-5 people cut in front of you because the (2) associate’S (guy w/green shirt) (girl with long hair w/ bangs) wants to attend them 1st and your waiting with 3 kids one that isn’t having it , it’s frustrating and i want to add I never had an issue with you guys ever untill today.

I had to be in the Greenville store twice yesterday to print documents from emails that were sent to me. It was a little problematic & somewhat time-consuming. I felt bad about it but your employee, Sara, was very patient & knowledgeable. She was helping me & a couple other customers at the same time and never acted impatient or flustered. I don’t know how much she makes, but she deserves more.
