Daughter's boyfriend got a new phone and Otterbox that didn't fit. After 4, yes FOUR hours and promises of "another 15 minutes" for their refundo of $60, they left and asked us to stop by and get it for them.Granted it's Christmas Eve, however the sign on the door states 10:00 am for opening.TWO HOURS later, employees decide to show up, seeing customers waiting outside, in the coldand rain and take their time to open.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

No manager to be found. The poor reps are left with no power to resolve any issues. Brooke Flowers has zero clue what is going on. Tried to get a manager in store on 3 different occasions and she of course wasnt around and when they finally got her on the phone she was worthless. Wouldn't let me speak to her "vp" either. Avoid at all costs.

The store is closing 2 hours earlier than the posted time right in front of the store and on Google maps. (8pm on Saturdays)

I been a member for over 14 years. But lately every time I get up dates it mess myPhone up and I have to to start allOver. I about ready to find a new provider. I get every like I like it it and then th up dates. Like I use to just check check my mail now I got to pick Wichita one like out of 4. I was ok with the one I had I up date now I got to log every time i had 400 emails by the third time in finally figured what was going on the up date. I always like the service. I had a terrible experience with Ashley. She is supposedly a branch manager and refused to give me her managers number .To file a formal complaint.It is a long story to type but we never received anything from T-Mobile yet they took our money. Would not refund. I did what customer service and her store said to do. And they blamed me for the days that went by while waiting for my refund to be issued. Customer service said they would request refund three times then when weeks went by they said it was rejected and would have to go through the retail store. Then I went to the store and spoke to Ashley and she refused to give me a refund said it had been over the 15 days but it was their fault. T-Mobile’s fault not mine I will never use T-Mobile again.
