I stop at this gas station numerous times a week. The first pump this morning did not work. So I moved to another one. Bought a car wash to get 0.10 a gallon, since I was on E. The second pump stopped at 0.68 and didn’t want to work. I tried to get a refund for the car wash or the .10 off moved to another pump. Juan proceeded to tell me that he can’t do the refund that it’s not his fault. “Juan it’s not the customers fault either”. I asked for the manager name he gave me the old managers name that no longer works there. I went and got gas at another location went back to see if a manger was there and Brittany was able to give me my refund (thank you). Juan was getting off work and walking out the door and proceeded to cuss me out. Man Juan I hope your day gets better. A gas station that I stop at numerous times a week, I will no longer. I understand that the pumps are out of employees hangs but what comes out of employees mouths and how customers are treated is in their control.

At least three pumps are not working. Pay at pump only accepts debit card. Go somewhere else.

I don’t stop here very often because I usually go to Murphy’s across the street, but today I needed to stop immediately because my gas light had been on for a while. I had originally tried to stop at a different station but they couldn’t help me with a new debit card. I didn’t purchase anything except gas, and had it not been for the cashier “Erin” (spelling could be incorrect). I wouldn’t have been able to get gas either. It was a new card, but had JUST activated it and was told that I can use it virtually until the physical card arrives. It wouldn’t take the number manually and I was afraid I would have to call someone to rescue me from the side of the road due to running out of gas. Luckily and without missing a beat, Erin said “have you tried using it for Apple Pay?” I told her that I indeed had NOT thought of it ? She showed me how to connect the card and it worked. The station that I had originally stopped at before stopping at Tigermart ,couldn’t take virtual cards and adamantly insisted there was absolutely nothing they could do. Thank God for people like Erin who not only saved the day, but did it with patience, understanding and respect. People should learn a lesson from Erin, she never stopped smiling throughout the entire exchange. And never showed any discontent or lack of patience either. This girl needs a raise! ???

My favorite (and I mean favorite) water bottle fell out of my car in the early hours of 5:30am-ish. I of course forgot to grab it from under the car before leaving. Called the store once I got to work, and the clerk (I wish I could remember her name ?) went out and grabbed it for me and set it behind the counter for me so I could get it later. To the clerk, THANK YOU!!!!! Seriously don’t get this kinda service at most places!

They had what I wanted - a clean bathroom and Diet Coke. The clerk was friendly & attentive. The store was clean, organized, offered a plethora of goodies & travel necessities. Gas was priced competitively. Big plus was that the station was easy to get to from east or westbound I-30. I'll be back...
