I purchased a great deal of the home depot brand of flooring and it turns out that it is not holding up as it should and home depot won't honor the warranty. These solid core, wood looking, flooring panels are curling up and chipping at the edges. The box says that there is a 30 year warranty on them, but HD says that the flooring was installed wrong without even looking at it. Do not buy Home Depot brand flooring. It is crap.

I will never buy anything to be delivered from here again! I bought about 135 bags of concrete from the Greenville store to be delivered the following week (Friday). I kept track of the delivery which they advertised was done between 6 am and 8 pm. It was about 11:00 when it finally showed it was being delivered, couple hours later it said I was 2nd stop then an hour later it said I was 3rd stop. At 4pm I called to find out where my order was, and they told me it was being rescheduled to the following Monday. Asking why they said that my order was passed on to the Paris store. I asked why when they were twice the distance from me and was told that's the way the company does it. what???? I called the Paris store and was told that the driver was delivering in Oklahoma that day and didn't have time to get mine done. After going back and forth w the delivery manager, she hung up on me. piss poor customer service!!! I call the Greenville store back and told them that I wanted them to have my order delivered ASAP since I bought it from them. They told me it would be Monday which I told them that was unacceptable as I had a crew coming in the morning to start working. They said they would try? I finally got an email saying it would be delivered on Saturday. The driver got there at 10:00 which was 3 hours later than I expected. Driver informed me that the store wanted him to deliver to Garland and Mesquite first which would have been late afternoon for me to get my order. Kudos to the driver for saying he was doing my area first. Maybe the company should follow his lead and in keeping good customer relations. This company needs to better their delivery system. I've heard of a lot of people complaining about your deliveries. you will losing more and more customers!

I purchased an expensive mini-split AC/Heat pump and first of all waited TWO WEEKS for it to come in. Then when I went to pick it up, was told I would have to use one of their 'certified installers'. The one nearest me, still 20 miles away, thought they go in a window. What an idiot. Needless to say, I promptly returned it and ordered off of Amazon.

I have yet to rent a piece of equipment that has been properly maintained and in good working order. It takes phone calls and loading broken equipment back up to return for another that’s just as bad. Or worse yet, they don’t have a replacement so I have to rent something bigger and more expensive - that still barely works.To add insult to injury, they now do not take reservations, declaring all rentals first-come, first serve. They will not even help you connect the trailer to your vehicle, citing liability.Home Depot needs to step up their game in rentals or get out. I won’t be back.

Customer service? Across 3 visits, I've given up. Each time kindly asked for help, but it never came, even after it was called in over the PA system. Unfortunate. Go to Lowe's. Went after all 3 Home Depot visits and it was 100% the opposite. Had been a lie long Home Depot loyal customer.

This is directly for Anahi. She was so helpful and was so nice. She helped my husband load up alot of stones and paving bricks onto two carts and then into our truck. She didn’t complain and was so sweet about it all. I couldn’t help him with stitches in my shoulder and she jumped right in there and helped tremendously.

We made a Home Depot run on 10/02/21 to pick up some much needed items for a house we are selling. After running around the store for an hour, maybe an hour and half, we had to check ourselves out. We had 32 items totaling $284 ($307 with tax). When we tried to check out at the service counter, because of course no check out lanes were staffed, that person sent us to self check! I guess we saved them money on employee costs by doing it ourselves! When I asked the self check "watcher", if I got a discount because I was doing their job for them, she just kind of laughed. I get it, it's not her fault, it's management/corporate. And to be clear, when I have a few items, I absolutely don't have a problem with self check, but when I have a basket full and a flat because we had lumber, I rather expect some kind of customer service. My husband commented "now I remember why I quit going to Home Depot".

Went to look at washing machines and no one was around in the department . I finally seen a lady told her I needed help and she said that it was her department . I asked her if they had any type of discounts fir senior citizens she said did you look at the prices I said yes and very rudely she told me well if you seen the price then no . Never did she go back over to the washing g machines but I guess I interrupted her because she was on her phone . I kindly walked away left the store and went to Lowe’s where they gladly asked me if I needed help . Yes Lowes got my business and got my washer and dryer !!!

Look elsewhere. The staff is rude and has no knowledge of the equipment they are renting. I decided to leave after talking to staff and seeing the bald tires on the trailers they rent out.

They do not enforce the mask rule they have posted on the entry and exit doors. I witnessed multiple people without a mask, one of them was talking to an employee.
