“This shop right here is a blessing! My mom, fur baby and myself were traveling in east Texas looking for a new place to live and we broke down in an unfamiliar Town called Commerce at 1pm in the afternoon. We are from Grand Prairie and had no idea where we were. Lol! Without knowing anything that was wrong with my truck and not knowing how long it was going to take to get fixed or get a tow somewhere. It was $600 to get it towed just from Commerce to Grand Prairie to my aunt's house (definitely not happening) or $75 to a mechanic shop around there. The tow company recommended a mechanic shop called Jenkins Garagein Greenville. So, I called them and at first they said they wouldn't be able to look and diagnose my truck until the next day and go from there. I was in complete panic mode because my 6 year old was at my aunt's wait for me and I didn't know how long it was going to really take to get it fixed or how much it was going to cost. When we arrived at the mechanic shop there was a nice gentleman who greeted us that said that he could look at the truck now and possibly get us back on the road in as little as a few hours depending on what was wrong with it. There were two ladies inside the office that were just the sweetest and allowed me to bring my fur baby inside to rest. Within 20 minutes they had answers for me!! They said it was my alternator and that he could get that part delivered to the shop and have us on the road in just a few hours with it only costing me 487.65. Saved me hundreds of dollars!! We arrived at their shop about 3:00 pm and was back on the road at 5:00 pm!! WHAT A MIRACLE!🙏🏼I truly appreciate each and every person in that shop!! Y'all are a blessing!!!”
