Left a package Monday morning at 8:30, it had a prelabel shipment tag. Handed it to the lady who seemed pissed I was there at 8:30. 24 hours later, no update that it has been shipped out.

On September 27, I went into this location and dropped off a package. Was helped my Scott and wasn't asked any questions. I then went back that afternoon to drop off a package. As I was waiting to drop it off. Scott had taken back 2 boxes, and he threw it into the bends. He then came back and asked how can I help you. I told him that I needed to get a receipt. He then asked what was in the box. Told him it was a figure. He then told me that the usps doesn't take those items and they don't ship them. He also comes off like he is high and all mighty. I would stay away from this location. I've been shipping items I have sold on eBay for years. This man has an attitude and lies to people. I have also tried to talk with the post master about this and always get told they are busy and are never around.

Why did you close 10 minutes before your posted closing time? Way to set an example for others. My Daddy was a retired postal employee. He could teach you how to be responsible to your customers.

Horrible service and rude. Closes before 5. Arrived 4:40 pm to find the doors already locked. Knocked on the door and a man yells out they are closed. I responded by saying you don’t close until 5, he then stated we close at 4:45pm, yet it was only 4:40pm.

Lazy, unprofessional government minions close the store at 4:45 instead of 5:00. Degrading company that's headed for a sure bankruptcy.

I've been trying to submit a passport application for over a month now. My first appointment was on Dec 1, but I didnt have my birth certificate, that was on me. My next one rescheduled for Dec 13, I get a text message the day of saying that both passport employees called in sick. Annoying, but I'll reschedule. I schedule my next one for Jan 3. I get a text the day of, 10 minutes before I was supposed to leave, that they cannot process applications due to "staffing issues beyond their control." At this point, I'm very irritated. I schedule TWO MORE appointments in advance, one on the 12th and one on the 18th. Surprise, surprise, on the day of the 12th, 5 minutes before I'm supposed to leave, I get ANOTHER text saying "due to staffing issues beyond our control, we are not able to process passports at this time. Please reschedule for after the 21st" so just like that, both of my appointments got cancelled. I really tried to give this location a chance because I could schedule a lot earlier than other locations, but after all of this hassle, I know I could've had it in a long time ago if I had gone to a different location.

I had appointment scheduled and showed up and a sign on the door said due to staffing issues no passports will be done. And the door was locked at 1pm.

I wanted to mail some handmade cards (21) and the lady was very rude. I didn’t know what a butterfly stamp was and then when I agreed that this is what I needed, she did not have enough. I ended up buying regular stamps and using 2 but am now worried that they will not be delivered. The line was long and she told me she didn’t have time for me.

I had appointment at 9.45 a.m. for applying for a passport. i arrived at 9.40 but to the fact that there were already 6 people at the reception and room was small i waited until 9.50 on the outside. when i entered the reception i was told in a very harsh manner and very rudely in an order form that i was late. I was denied acceptance of documents in a very rude manner. an office worker gestured "fuck you". Why I pay taxes and get such a service?

Horrible customer servicePosted hours hours say 5pm on line and on the door! They close 15 min til the posted time! This visit horrible for people who drive here thinking they have til 5pm!! Change the posted times so people don't waster their time and gas!

The employees take off early. Don't believe the posted hours. Hard to get packages if they leave a slip in your box. Better off getting a private mailbox.

Lobby closes and locks before 5. Attendant was inside collecting mail before the posted collection time. I tried talking to her because I had a package to drop off but she ignored me.
