The mailman who was delivering mail to my home near commerce drive today 03/02/2024 was highly unprofessional. My husband was outside and asked my husband if there were dogs in my home and it was stated not inside of the house (door was open but glass door shut and latched) Then refused to deliver my mail and was screaming and yelling across the neighborhood upsetting everyone. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

NEVER close at the posted time, they always close early and sit there and ignore you when your already inside trying to drop your packages off minutes BEFORE CLOSING TIME.

I showed up to this USPS to apply for my passport and when I got there coincidentally the system just so happens to go down we were waiting there for a while and they also didn’t have any money orders. This is unfortunate because how do you not check these things the day before? The passport lady there was more worried about going to lunch than attending the people waiting in line she had a very bad attitude. They didn’t even give us a chance to come back after her lunch to come back and get the money orders. This is very disappointing that they treat people like that.

Rude lady with tattoos watching videos at counter with foul language not paying attention to any customers needs. Rolling Hills Post Office next to Sonic. Absolutely embarrassing that our federal government allows this behavior.

It shows that they close at 5:30, but this is not correct. If you get there at 5:15 they will have the doors locked on you. Please update your hours so you won’t waste anyone else’s time.

I am not a fan of the post office in general, but this one is fairly decent. The counter clerks are nice and work quickly. I do have one complaint. They highlight, with a yellow marker, my tracking numbers. Each time the marker erases the number. That's not a good thing. So, post office workers everywhere out there, Stop Using Highlighters On Receipts. Circling it with a pen will suffice.

I would give this location negative stars if i could !!! Keith is very rude and lacks professionalism and customer service skills . Not only was he taking forever on his lunch break but he is not effective when helping customers and makes the customer experience an unpleasant one

I dont like this post office as same of the employees are rude and don't want to help you, recently I was told by the postman that we need to move our mailbox off the front of our house to the curb but I have to elderly parents both has health problems such as both have diabetes and heart problems and thats too much for them as there over the age of 70 and was told they wouldn't deliver our mail because of a neighbors dog who is friendly and I never seen him attack a human or another dog.. oh and on top of thay the mailman constantly delivers our mail to wrong houses

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to! The desk guy is very rude! I couldn’t believe it myself! We came one time to get a passport for our 6 month old and just because we were 10min late he didn’t attend us! Seriously??? I would rather drive 1000 miles to a different post office

The place is clean, the people are fine most days (as fine as you can be working for the postal service), but I DEFINITELY suggest NOT checking your PO box at night. Creepy and dangerous experiences when you do so at night. The building is open 24/7 for box checking (standard), but the people who go hang out, I ALWAYS take someone with me and they still get creepy with approaching, hiding behind garbage cans, etc.

2600 WESLEY STGREENVILLE, TX 75401-9994UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICEI had an apt for March 26th, 2021, to renew my passport and to initiate a new one for my husband and daughter. We paid with money orders for all three and even paid for expedited shipping.I trusted that the place I am told to go to get my passport would do the right thing because it is a federal job. Exactly one month later, 04/26/2021 my husband and daughter received theirs, but I did not receive mine.I tried to track my passport and then realized My receipt did not have any tracking number. After multiple attempts with trying all numbers, it wouldn't show me in the system. I then spent hours on the phone with consumers affairs, international passport, and USPS customer service. Each number I called were unable to find me with my social or dob and name. They all advised that I return to the store where I originally went. I had to ask off work to go to the store because no one ever answered their office number. I went yesterday 05/06/2021 and an employee by the name of Jimmy stated there was nothing he could do for me because the girl who did it sent my passport with my important and private documents without a tracking number. I explained to Jimmy part for part and how my money order is still not cashed, and he proceeded to say that it was not her first time making that error and that he was going to have to talk to her once again. He stated she is not passport certified and doesn't know why she did it.He then stated for me to call consumers affairs and again I did. They gave me the USPS number because they were not the right department for my issue. I went back to the store to tell Jimmy that and to see if there was any other possible way he could help. He just leaned against the counter and said, "yeah again there is nothing I can do because there is no way of tracking it". I then said OK well I would like to re-apply for a new one and report the one you guys lost and he stated that I could not do that because I already sent my original documents with my renewal. I told Jimmy my trip for June has already been PAID for.I asked to speak to a supervisor and told him I'm now upset from getting the run around. Jimmy stated to me that he "did not know if the supervisor was even in and that if he was that the supervisor was going to tell me the same thing, he just told me". I said OK I need to speak to him either way. He said yeah ok well he’s on "Stanford". I had to ask for an address because Standford is a big street, and I am not sure what he expected me to know by his response. My issue with Jimmy is that he just leaned on the countertop instead of trying to help in ways such as looking around to see if MY package was maybe still there laying somewhere or to look back on the day, I came in to see if there is any other kind of information. Not once did he bother to say I can call someone to get some helpful information to at least show any kind of caring sympathy after I explained how upset I was that my personal important documents are missing, and my identity could be stolen. Jimmy stared at me and kept saying "yeah again I don't know what else to say". I then went to the office on 3701 STANFORD ST GREENVILLE, TX 75401-9998. I spoke to Mike, the supervisor and he seemed to be more caring about my issue and attempted to call a ups office. He then came back and stated that this issue is beyond his area of work and stated the master supervisor would be notified early in the morning. ITS 4:05PM AND STILL YET HAVE NOT GOT CALLED.
