I went there to pick up a package, and the lady that helped me was so courteous and polite that i didn't have any kind of problem to get my package.

This is now the second time that an item has been marked as "Attempted Delivery". I checked our security camera footage and not a single car came up to the mailbox or a person to our door. Now I have to go out of my way to come up to your "facility" and get my package.

We had a letter carrier abuse the neighbors dog and caught him on camera doing so and reported it and than they threaten us to have our mailbox on the curb.. I have two elderly parents. (My mom with dementia and a father who was a Vietnam veteran with agent orange syndrome, heart disease and diabetes) and they told me we would not get our mail if we don’t put on the curb as both my parents get life saving medicine the employees was extremely disrespectful and rude (especially the one name Angela) in this situation and refused to let me speak to the post master.. all because of a dog to which there was all kinds of reports on him saying that he bite them but the dog was as friendly as can be and how come the cops wasn’t involved or animal control didn’t take the dog?? Cause there liars that’s why and since than the neighbor have move and this all got swept under the rug

This postal office is always closed during business hours. What a waste of people time and taxpayers money!

I just have to say this place lacks when it comes to customer service. But, today I was more than impressed with whoever delivered my package.I had live crickets coming in and on this cold wet day they were delivered before 10 a.m., I was at a Dr. appointment. The carrier not only put the box inside the wooden box on my front porch but they also left a note on my door as to where my box was.Kudos to them!!

They constantly just drop sorry we missed you slips in my mail box without actual ever trying to deliver, then I have to go through arduous processes of trying to get my package. Then when I go to pick it up at this facility, there is no doorbell and they don't answer the door. USPS IS THE WORST

They refuse to answer the bell. No access otherwise. Can't get your packages.

I had to leave 1 star but if I could leave 0 I would have. I have been calling them for weeks asking for a refund on a certified letter that I sent, and it was returned with "insufficient address" when I know for sure this is a legit address cause the client happens to be my neighbor. This also happened to my personal mail, it was sent back saying that I did not live there. They have yet to call me back or issue a refund for their carrier not doing his job.

First you have to wait forever to be let in, then you can expect rude service. Detest going here specifically ask to either send UPS or FEDEX from my vendors for this specific reason.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We've had several important pieces not arrive such as my social security card, driver's license, and stimulus check. I've tracked two packages that have been returned to sender, saying that they attempted delivery when I know that's absolute BS. One package was far too big for our mailbox and should have been left at our front door, but I know they didn't attempt that because we have a door camera AND I'm a stay at home mom so I'm rarely ever not home. Another package could have easily fit in our mailbox, but was returned to sender the same day the tracking info said it was supposed to be delivered. Getting anyone on the phone is impossible and the location is never open. What a joke.

First of all I have spoken to someone about this before: DO NOT LEAVE notes to reschedule delivery if you are NOT going to do so or even ATTEMPT to deliver it in the first place. I’ve gone to this location TWICE now in two days trying to get in to get my packages. No one would answer the door the first day. Today same thing was happening I went back to my car, finally someone opened the door. Just for the employee to treat me as if IM inconveniencing him. I would also like to point out all day I waited on this package because the tracking number said “out for delivery by 8pm” then changed to “by 4:45pm” and at 5pm read “pick up at center available at 11am”. It had been there all day, it was never out for delivery! I’m not sure if this is a management issue or employees but something has got to change.Another trip 8/25/20Walked in said “hi I’m here for a package” lady literally asks me “what makes you think you have a package here” taken back so I just continued to tell her my address and hand her my ID. She then goes to look for a package and asked again “what makes you think you have a package” I told her “Because I ordered from Amazon and it says that you attempted to deliver this at 8:21 AM and it is here just like any other package that I try having delivered to my apt” she then brings my box to the counter and asks me to sign in. I do so, then she asked who it’s addressed to ?, I tell her again my name and she replies “there should have been a notice at your house”. I explain to her “I haven’t been home since this morning I don’t know why this is such an issue” before finally she gives me my package. This place is so awful. I would rather have my packages delivered else where and drive an hour to go get them than have to deal with these people anymore.

I’ve had better service at the DMV. Pray you don’t have to pick up a package here. You’re lucky to even get in the building.

Firstly its so annoying having to ring a door bell to pick up your packages! Secondly it takes them forever to answer the door and when they finally do they have are rude with an attitude like you're inconveniencing them. NO your inconveniencing me by make me stand out here that long. Also their hours posted on google are wrong!
