horrible pharmacy services. I have been trying to fill the same RX for a month and they keep canceling it. Plus they just canceled another med that I told them I would pick up when they finally got the one ready they have been canceling for a month!!! Don't go here if ur meds are a life and death situation.... they will just cancel them!!!!

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AT THIS PHARMACY!!! We had to send our prescriptions here because they stayed open later then our normal pharmacy and wouldn't make it due to holiday hours. We thought is was strange that the counter, right in the middle of filling our order, went to the restroom. No but deal except when we got our medicine it was conveniently short 30 pills in not one but two different bottles. We informed the manager who had those glassy eyes which meant to me she was ON IT! Of course we called the corporate office and are waiting a reply. The store and staff outside of the pharmacy gets a five star for service.

I went yesterday to pick up my prescription I had issues with filling at cvs. The girls that were working the morning here were phenomenal! No issues filling my prescription here thank you Erika , Evelyn , and Caylee !

Five Stars for Nila! Thank you Nila for remedying a situation that should not of been happening in the first place, since I had a receipt. I appreciate you going above and beyond to help me. You and Chad have very effective customer service skills. You were professional, polite, fast, and efficient. They really need to make you a manager.

Went to get my second Covid BivalentBooster yesterday, that was approved for Over 65 and Immune-compromised by the CDC on April 19, 2023, at the Walgreens in Greenville. I usually go to CVS in Rockwall but thought I would run over here since it was close. The pharmacy tech told me I was not eligible for another Booster and I told him yes, I was that it was recently approved. He insisted no it wasn’t - I asked if he got that information from the CDC and he admitted that he didn’t know what the CDC guidelines are. He dismissed me and I left, none too happy because I had done my research and I knew I was right. Located the information on the CDC website. Made my appointment for CVS in Rockwall and won’t be going back to Walgreens in Greenville. I wonder how many people have just taken his word for it.

Compared to other pharmacies, by far the best. I'm surprised HIPPA allows any type of comments to be posted. All the bad reviews are due to bad circumstances and a matter of personal opinions, Pharmacy board and DEA I'm sure appreciate their compliance as I do for their outstanding customer service to the community!

I had my hopes up going in today. I had originally stopped shopping or using the pharmacy at Walgreens #09123 Greenville Texas about two years ago because they switched pharmacists. I took a chance and gave them another try. Big Mistake! First of all the prescription that I filled was supposed to be $6.68. It rang up almost $19.00. I showed her (EVELYN) the GoodRX code and she looked at me as if she not only could care less, she also informed me that there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. She asked me what was going on and I politely told her that my doctor sent it here because he checked on GOODRX and it showed Walgreens to be the least expensive. The pharmacist said there was no way that they can override a price. I paid for it because I needed it. It only got worse from there S I approached the front counter with maybe 5 or 6 items. The girl at the front looked similar to Evelyn in the back. She didn’t smile, make eye contact, or converse with me at any point until she yelled out in front of the other customers “That card only took off $5.10, do you have a different payment method?” I said that I did and still no eye contact or friendliness at any point of the exchange. As I was leaving I figured she might just wish me a good day or something of the sort. NOTHING! So I turned around and said “Have a nice day.” Still nothing, nada, zilch! I now know without a doubt that there is absolutely no reason for me or my family to step foot back in this store. I really don’t understand how some of these people are acquiring jobs to begin with. Gone are the days when a customer was to be greeted with respect and dignity. And what’s even worse is that most of the supervisors/managers act completely clueless or they themselves also could care less. I believe I’ll just keep going to Brookshires. No they aren’t perfect, but at least they see me standing there when I come in!

The pharmacy rarely answers the phone, no matter what time of day it is. Currently I have been on hold for almost 40 mins and keep getting my call answered then replaced on hold for about 3 times in the last 10 mins. The customer service is very poor at this location. I am considering changing pharmacies because ever since I moved to Greenville in July, it's always a nightmare just trying to get anyone to answer here or provide decent customer service & I've used Walgreens for 10 years. They either need more staff or a change of staff.

The pharmacy never answers the phone unless you call and ask for ask for the store manager. They keep you on hold them just hang up on you after about 15 minutes

I have done business with Walgreens for over 20 years and spend approximately 3-5 hundred a month. Recently the service is awful. To the point I will be moving all scripts and no longer doing business with Walgreens. After receiving email that script is ready, only to be told last refill not done within 90 days, so would not refill. You wait a least 20- 40 min in drive-thru.

This is by far the worst Walgreen's pharmacy I've ever used. They spend entirely too long with one customer at the drive-thru while 8+ cars wait in line. At some point, they need to tell people with difficult orders to come in. No one should wait in a drive-thru for over 30 minutes. They also seem to have a few people working in the pharmacy that aren't familiar with basic procedures. Please do better.

Mr. Frank, & Sana, the Pharmacist here at the location in Greenville Tx, ARE FABULOUS! They've been so wonderful to my family ?, & I overthe years. And they really do care for their customers. The Times we're living in now, calls for us ALL to help one another, in any way that we can! I can't speak to how someone else has been treated, or assisted. But, I can say, they've been most gracious, & kind to all others when I'm at the Pharmacy. So, I just wanted to let these 2 Pharmacist here at this location know, that I TRULY appreciate them for their professionalism, their courtesy to me, & others. God bless ? all.
